Friendly staff, tasty food, fast service, good atmosphere. What's not to love?

This was my second visit and it was just as great as the first! I had the beef combo pho this time~super delicious, rich broth, fragrant, and full of flavor. I usually don’t finish pho at restaurants, but I ate the whole bowl! Portions are generous and prices are very affordable compared to other pho spots. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. 🍜

Rice & Noodles is hands-down one of the best spots in Lancaster for comforting, flavorful Vietnamese food. Their pho is rich and aromatic, the kind that soothes your soul on any kind of day. The banh mi sandwiches are perfectly crisp, and the fresh spring rolls are always a must. It’s a family-run place with a big heart—you can taste the love in every dish. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, you’ll always feel welcome and well-fed. A true local gem!

This is a great place to travel to with your family, and I would recommend it to anyone who craves fresh food, wants service by nice people, wants fast service, and is looking for something affordable. Their restaurant is clean, organized, homey, and quick.
At Rice & Noodles Restaurant, they’re not lying when they say their food is fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Although Rice & Noodles is a small restaurant, they provide many Vietnamese foods such as a variety of noodle dishes, salads, fresh spring rolls, French bread sandwiches, soups, and rice. This restaurant provides a casual, relaxing, and calming setting to eat dinner at. Not only do they have fresh food, but their workers are also very kind. They have indoor seating, an outdoor parking lot, and very nice bathrooms based on where I’ve eaten before.
When I walked in, I felt a gust of cool air and a burst of delicious smells. I grabbed a menu, found a place to sit, then once I decided on my food, I walked up to the front and told them what I wanted. When I was there, it wasn’t very crowded, but there were enough families there to know that my family and I made the right choice coming here. I ordered the Goi Coin Hit Nuong (AP9), which was $8, the Bo Kho (S2), which was $11, and a soda that was no more than $3. Their food was reasonably priced, and they gave hefty portions. Luckily for my family, they had letters and numbers next to the names in case you couldn’t pronounce them. The food was fresh, hot, and only about a 5-10-minute wait! After dinner, I got French macaroons that were being refrigerated, so they were a little cold. The texture gave away that it wasn’t fresh, but overall, the taste and looks were amazing.

I believe this restaurant has the potential to be the Vietnamese version of Chipotle for Mexican food. It offers reasonable prices and good food.

My whole family absolutely loves this place! The service is consistently friendly and professional, and the food is just amazing. I can’t get enough of the Shrimp Vermicelli Bowl—it's definitely my favorite!

Very good food and nice size portions. Egg rolls were very good and the dipping sauce was so good. Tried the limeade and it was delicious! The only thing is the inside dining area is way too small and crowded. It was so busy and people were waiting to get a table.

Ehhhhh. Celery in a Thai green curry? I get the temptation but just dont.

Food is excellent for the price. Atmosphere is very modern even a bit industrial touch to it. Not as big as an actual restaurant. Parking is a bit out of the way in the rear as the front only has 2 spots for regular parking and 2 spots for takeout. If you have children the tables are quite next to each other so the best bet is a quick meal. This restaurant is going to have great growth with its menu selection and will eventually need a bigger space. It is however one of the best Pho spots in central PA. The Banh Mi is authentic as can get.

We really enjoyed the sandwiches and Pho. The lime tea was very good as well. DOOOO IIITTTT!!!
