Better options available other than this franchise location of Rita’s. Service is lacking compared to other locations and they don’t honor the Rita’s app at the Manheim Pike location.

Check out Son’s down the road for a better local product and service.

Horrible Experience With Emilee!! She should not be handling food. My man & I ordered 2 water ice as I'm sitting in the car she put our order on the counter as he's speaking to a friend I watched her pick the water ice back up turned her head & put her nose to the cup sat it back on the counter & as my man went to pick them up I confronted her about what she just did & she tried to deny it laughing. We requested new water ice. This is very unprofessional & I would play back your tapes😡

I love Rita’s but the manager was weird and creeped me out

I wanted in line 20 minutes to be told that the only sell pints of day old custard and were currently sold out… they would not fill a pint with new custard as “that is not allowed”,
but the would only sell me a cone

The pint is on the menu….

After 20 minutes in line they refused to help me take anything home to my family

If you only sell old custard please state that on the menu and save people a long wait in line….

I believe I am done for the season
They obviously don’t care anyways

The staff

I ordered 2 quarts of Skittles and Cherry flavored Italian Ice, and the worker included the kiddie cups and spoons. She was amazing and went above & beyond with her customer service! I appreciate it and keep up the great work!

Rita’s is always good. I got a gelato (mango and vanilla ice cream) we also got vanilla Ice cream with rainbow sprinkles.

Tasty custard

This place has the friendly personal and yes good ice and custard.

One star is for the service, yeah the ice is always great but when you walk up and say “we’d like THAT (pointing at promotional holiday picture)” and the person responds with “I don’t know what’s on the picture” and still after explaining it’s the 4th of July red white and blue picture with sprinkles they say “yeah i don’t know” and then just stand there and stare, you get one star, if you don’t care, i don’t care.

Best Rita’s around. They’ve always got the best selection of water ice flavors (the good stuff - mint chocolate chip or cookies and cream or fudge brownie or the like). Other locations will occasionally have these god-tier flavors, but this spot always has at least one in rotation.Staff is also very friendly and their outdoor seating is appreciated!
