One star is for the service, yeah the ice is always great but when you walk up and say “we’d like THAT (pointing at promotional holiday picture)” and the person responds with “I don’t know what’s on the picture” and still after explaining it’s the 4th of July red white and blue picture with sprinkles they say “yeah i don’t know” and then just stand there and stare, you get one star, if you don’t care, i don’t care.

Best Rita’s around. They’ve always got the best selection of water ice flavors (the good stuff - mint chocolate chip or cookies and cream or fudge brownie or the like). Other locations will occasionally have these god-tier flavors, but this spot always has at least one in rotation.Staff is also very friendly and their outdoor seating is appreciated!

We are always so excited for Rita’s to open in the Spring and go almost immediately once they open! We have never had a bad experience at this Rita’s (unlike a few of the others we have been to) so this is our go to spot! You can’t go wrong with the Swedish Fish or Mint Chocolate Chip Italian ice!

Always have limited flavors of ice and manager belittles the women working there. Very unprofessional and will not patronize this site anymore.
I love soft ice cream. Rita's idea of a large soft ice cream is what we used to call the kiddie cone. Three spoons of ice cream and it was gone. Try Freeze and Frizz or Son's, both have at least the same product and both know that large and baby cones are two different sizes. Never patronize this sort of insulting behavior to customers.
