River Street Sweets

Nicole has to be one of the nicest clerks I have ever met in a store, always willing to go the extra mile and when she found out, I drove all the way from Baltimore to come to the store. She gave me her number and said to call her when I am headed there and she will make me up a fresh batch of my favorite pralines. She really does go the extra mile and I look forward to coming back to see you all during the holidays. Your pralines are made exactly the way my grandmother used to make them and I can’t wait to share them with the rest of my family. Thank you Nicole for being. Delightful every single time I come into River Street Sweets! I’m sure you know who I am. I’ll be seeing you soon to stock up for Thanksgiving!

I enjoyed River Street Sweets very much. The variety of candies and other sweets were plentiful and the customer service was excellent. Chris was working on Sunday and was so nice and patient with us. He made sure that we were comfortable with our purchase.

It's Great! A nice old-school candy shop. Not trying to be anything's it's not. Being true to yourself is something I learned from a young age by being saturated with Barbie movies. The ice cream and caramel apples were great. One of the ice creams was a bit icy looking, but that's understandable. Nobody's buying ice cream in 40 degree weather. Nobody's but me and the other couple in the store. We are the real ones.🍦

So many wonderful things to say and treats to taste!

You can smell the sweet aroma from the sidewalk and inside is neat, clean and organized.

Jade, the associate who helped us, was so kind and attentive without being overbearing. She greeted us, gave us both a sample and checked on us. When we were ready to order she made sure to confirm each item so we did not get the wrong treat.

We visited last Sunday on our annual fall trip. The pralines and bear claws are amazing! Isaiah assisted us with both a sample and our purchase. He was nothing but polite, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend visiting them when you are in the area.
