So good, food was fast and fresh.
Wow! I stopped in around 130p on a Wednesday. I was greeted warmly and all of my menu questions were answered without a fuss. I got the Tandoori Hot Tender Tacos that comes with two tacos, tandoori tenders, pickles, coleslaw, Route 66 sauce on soft tortillas (Halal). *DELICIOUS* doesn't even begin to explain how yummy these were! Large portions and everything was perfectly prepared. Also got a cheeseburger and fries with a vanilla milkshake... Considering I drove 20 mins back to my hotel and they were for another meal, they held up well and I would certainly order them again. But I think the tandoori chicken is going to be my *usual*. Heads-up! The tacos can be messy, but totally worth it!

Over the years, I have consistently patronized this establishment and am grateful for the establishment of a reputable burger joint in Lancaster. While the quality of the food is commendable, there are several aspects that I find concerning, including the ambiance, customer service, and operational hours.
The ambiance is marred by the inappropriate music selection, which initially consisted of unpleasant rap music and vulgar language. Such content is not conducive to a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, the customer service is consistently lacking in a smile, thank-you, or appreciation for business, unlike other establishments such as Chick-fil-A.
Furthermore, as a Muslim and a supporter of other Muslims and those of our faith, I am troubled by the owners’ lack of Islamic principles. While they are Muslim, their actions, such as greeting me with a non-Islamic greeting like “Salam,” are disrespectful and contrary to Islamic teachings.
Lastly, the operational hours are inconsistent and inconvenient. The establishment closes at unusual times, such as Sundays, when it would be ideal for families to dine out. Additionally, it closes early at 6 pm, which is contrary to the typical diner hours.
Despite these shortcomings, I believe that the establishment has the potential to improve. I would appreciate it if they could address these issues, particularly the lack of Islamic principles and the inconsistent operational hours. I hope that they will continue to strive for excellence in the future.

This place is such a hidden gem. I would put their burger and fries up against any other restaurant in the city in terms of taste, texture, and value!
You can order ahead online from their great variety of hot subs, burgers, and classic sides. Everything I’ve ever had here (dine in or takeout) has been served quickly by their friendly staff.
I’ve eaten here three times now and have throughly enjoyed each meal. Route 66 gets my personal recommendation!

Average experience the last 4 times I've gone. Priced fairly and speedy service, but I'm not sure they've been able to maintain the quality and taste that they've built their reputation on.

I had the best burger and fries in my life here. I would highly recommend stopping if you are going through the area. Or even make a special trip, because it's that good.
