We go for the salad bar - they have a nice mix of items that make it unique and enjoyable. The service is usually fine, as well. It's the basic Ruby Tuesday restaurant - nothing really special or unique, other than the salad bar.

Went to this location 2 times in the past 3-4 weeks, and both times, we really only went for the salad bar. Ruby Tuesday closed their York location, so this has become the next closest location for us. We like the salad bar with many different veggies and topping options, and as has been pointed out, things that you don't get at other salad bars such as hummus, wasabi coated peas, artichoke hearts, etc.... The rest of the menu seems pretty much standard dining out faire, but since we really don't get food off their menu, I'm reluctant to comment on it. The service we have had has been fine - they take our order, let us go to the salad bar, refill beverages, and bring us our check. It's not hard, especially as quiet as they have been on both of our visits. Since Ruby Tuesday seems to be closing down locations that are underperforming, this location may be on that list. It'll be a shame if it does, but we will just miss the salad bar.

FREE Burger meal on your birthday (Dine-in or Take-out, up to $11). I got the mushroom swiss burger meal. Really big burger and it was free because it was my birthday! Came with free side of fries or tater-tots. Food temperature was perfect. Still hot when I got home. It was really good. Generous places are always the best and they're a little hard to come by in Lancaster, PA but they're out there. I say this because I have lived in two other states before. Midwest and Deep South.

You wonder why its always empty when you drive by? Party of 7 stopped in at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. I should have known service was going to be deplorable by the fact that it took over 10 minutes to get our sodas and waters. All in all we were there for 85 minutes in a place that was empty for all but 2 other tables. I will absolutely agree that I saw many people walk in, stand there and be ignored and walk out. There are simply better options across the street, one light up..or basically anywhere else. Avoid this place!

I love their baby back ribs - tender with tangy sauce that's finger licking good! Absolutely the best in the area.
Food was very good. Table server took a while to get our drinks and never asked how the food was. Outside of that no complaints.

Not great. My sisters food went to another person so the lady said she would redo it and not charge us for it, she asked if we wanted to wait to bring our food out until hers was ready. We waited about 10 minutes, then someone brought out her food. Everyone else’s food didn’t come out and it took about 10 minutes of ya sitting there for someone to realize. Finally she brought out the rest of the food and did not give my dad what he ordered. Oh and then she still charged my sister for her food even though she said she wouldn’t.

We like RT for consistently good food. It's not haute cuisine, but always good and fresh. The garden bar is always well stocked and the servers are friendly and attentive. We like bringing our daughter here. It's family friendly without being overly kid focused or overly loud and done in "sports bar" decor. We can have a cocktail and the kids can color and eat kid food. It's a decent family restaurant.

I just want to say right away this place is horrible. I hate to write a bad review on a restaurant that is good at many other locations, but definitely not here. I have eaten here 5 times exactly, and man am I disappointed every time. I remember coming here and ordering a Kids Pizza (I wasn't hungry) and it coming out cold. Once it was "reheated" it was brought out black, and tasted worse than burned. The last time I was here I ordered overpriced BBQ Ribs, and 15 minutes later our waiter comes and says that they don't have any! The service is horribly slow, and they are really understaffed. There was only 1 waiter visible in the entire establishment. Really disappointing, and save yourself the $70 for 4 people, and get better food.

Service was excellent. Order was taken promptly, food was brought out hot and made to order. Waitress stopped by several times to see if we needed anything. Food was exceptional and above our expectations. We very much enjoy Ruby Tuesday and this evening's meal was a reminder why.
