The salad bar was full of fresh options. The food looked appetizing and the waitress was somewhat attentive, she seemed disappointed that we only ordered the salad bar.

Ate here twice recently because of a Christmas gift card. I would give the food anywhere between 2 and 2.5 stars, it's not bad but it's also not great. Unremarkable actually. 1st visit got a hamburger and fries, 2nd visit got the sirloin and fried shrimp. Service was very good, 4 stars.

Though the service, wait staff and atmosphere were wonderful, the salad and one side were extra priced. It proved to be a very expensive meal.

Where do I start? The waiting staff seemed to be in a tizzy. They were grubbing among themselves. I ordered the parmesan chicken which was burnt. The manager I felt knew something was up. He did a great job at trying to cover up, and offered exceptional service. He did his best with the crew he had. I wish him well.

Wonderful salad bar! Wait staff and manager are very friendly. Love to go there when we are in Lancaster. Its our favorite place to stop for dinner, after shopping and before going home!

We have been to this particular Ruby Tuesday's several times when we travel to Lancaster. There as been a big change in service. Restaurant and bathrooms were not clean. Poor service, we had to ask for a soup for my soup, were not given straws, and salad plates were not taken from the table during our dining. Will not go again.

Good food and just what you would expect from Ruby Tuesday. A little crowded on a Saturday dinner hour but that's to be expected. Service was amazing.

In the area doing some shopping, Saturday at 5 pm on the way home decided to stop to get some cocktails and dinner. Sat at the bar, Mel the bartender was excellent. Great customer service, friendly and efficient. Ordered drinks then after a while dinner. Wife had the crispy fried shrimp with a side of asparagus which she really enjoyed. I had the Avocado Turkey Burger. Yes, it is a frozen burger, but it was cooked well, not dry. Could have used a a little more avocado, only had 3 slices, but all in, was a tasty sandwich. and I usually, okay never order a turkey burger. I do make them at home on occasion, but the avocado and bacon seemed to appeal to me and glad it did. We're not a big fan of chain restaurants, but have to say, this time and our last time here ( Nov 18 ) Ruby Tuesday is hands down far better than other chains we dined at in the past few months ( Applebees, Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wings to name a few ). There aren't many "non chain" options on Rt 30.Whenever we are in the area and stop by here, we haven't been disappointed and service at the bar has been great.
I hated this place, the food was awful and the service sucked. Went to the one in Lancaster on route 30 because my dad wanted ribs.

Drink specials are a scam, way more expensive than better places like aroogas. The 2$ beers are mostly glass. Those mugs could stop bullets!

Arrived at 8:25pm. It took over 15 minutes before a waiter took our order. Another 5 minutes before we got drinks. The place was maybe 15% filled up. Waiter seemed overwhelmed. Maybe. Well, the hostess should of at least got our drinks. Bathrooms were dated and nasty. Can you say new manager? No excuse for this! FAIL!

Yuck Yuck Yuck!!! Dont stop here place was ****disgusting ***dirty and the food quality not worth the price. I feel i over paid for a crappy meal. i ordered the cheeseburger slider meal the burgers were dry it had cheese but couldnt even taste it. The burgers were all over cooked the salad bar the romaine was all wilted they need to make sure everything is fresh especially when its on display for all to see. I will not be back very disappointed. My husband was very uoset we stopped here his food was dried out. I feel the 45.00 i put out for us could of went to a nice steak dinner. very overpriced and food is horrible. Management needs to re-evaluate the food going out to customers and keep a eye on sanitary conditions people are going to get sick here.
