I have been to multiple Vietnamese places for Pho. And this is by far the best place, the broth has the best flavor and the portions are perfect. I recommend this place to anyone that loves Pho as much as me.
Top notch pho, excellent service, and friendly staff. The pho broth is rich and flavorful - the best I’ve ever tasted - with no greasy quality. The presentation of the pho is even a detail of attention at Sai Gon Cafe. I’ll make this part of my regular visit when in the Lancaster area. Can’t wait to try more of the menu!
I got the vermicelli with grilled pork (slightly fatty and flavorful), egg roll (fresh and crispy), and pickled ham (interesting texture but good). My husband got the pho tai, which had excellent light broth and tender beef as others described. We shared appetizer #9 (shrimp and pork salad with lotus rootlet) which I haven’t seen at other Vietnamese restaurants and am glad we got it. We appreciated having the shrimp already peeled for us. We also ordered two bahn mi to go, lemongrass...
