Extremely disappointed how we were treated at this place, we were at the hibachi table and felt the chef was fantastic so we tipped him with cash, afterwards I paid my bill in full and was rudely asked why I didn’t add a tip on the bill, I informed the lady who only brought us water that I had already tipped in cash which is what I do wherever I go, I was told I need to tip again and it’s the rule, I asked for the manager who then went on to tell me I have to tip the lady who brought just water as she is paid 2 dollars an hour, why is this my business? this entitlement attitude in the service industry is ridiculous, you chose the job, I paid for my food and tipped the person that I believe did all the work well, why do I have to be forced to tip someone who just brought us water? Is it by force now to tip or it is suggested? I am totally confused, last time I will ever go spend my money here, ridiculous, someone had told me about this but I always want to experience things myself, you do a good job you get a tip if not I am paying for my food and leaving
Had the hibachi grill. The show was standard and the food average. I ordered a filet and scallops. Both overcooked and one taste fits all. Too much rice prepped as filler.
Let me tell ya this was my frist time here n omg other work places no matter what it is needs to take a lesson for this place . I was a waitress for over 22 yrs I know what to look for. I saw a place were you can be you have fun n work together as a team . Helping each other out no matter if it's yr table or not . To make everyone feel at home. The employees are wonderful mangers are great. .it was a peaceful fun homey loving place.

Nice atmosphere, just a little pricey.
Watch for the automatic fee (tip)
And the ask for (more) tip (on top)
Food is always good here..
Great environment and food
Eaten here many times. Food is excellent. However, was served by the bartender today who was exceptionally rude, complained about his job and the fact that we asked for gluten free soy sauce. Very disappointed with the experience.
Opted for regular table service, which wasn't as busy as the hibachi side. Our server, Melody, was attentive and very friendly, and helped make our impromptu lunch choice memorable. Along with drinks, we ordered the tempura, and the katsu box lunch, as well as spicy tuna and sweet potato rolls. The food didn't disappoint, so worth a visit when in the area.
Good food

great food
Food here was amazing! Our hibachi chef was great. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was; there was a group of 3 at one end of a table. The waitress sat me and my friend at the other end of the table. So essentially we shared a table with strangers. That was weird! A party of 2 came in after us and was able to be seated at a table by themselves. The people were nice, but I think they were just as weirded out as we were!
This place is very good for food and service but if you want a quiet place to eat this isn’t it very loud maybe only take out from now on
Me and my friends come here often for birthdays, and as always we are never disappointed. I love the staff's sense of humor
Christmas decor still up, in March. Very expensive compared to competition.
