Had a nice lunch. Asked if I could substitute the lemongrass soup for the miso and was told no. I even said I would pay for the lemongrass and she told me no substitutions. Odd. I had the salad. Unremarkable. Over all not bad. Next time I will do the hibachi.

The waitress was great! But felt rushed to get out of there. The food was good. The chef was good making our meal, but one member of our group when we were leaving tried to give him like a high five and he was mean and ugly to him and told him to just go! It was strange. Made me feel not safe. Very rude!

We annually go to Hibachi for my friend's birthday. This year we were in the Lancaster area and found Shogun's. The place was pretty blah. The performance of Hibachi cooking was blah. The food was as bland as it gets. The bill was high but typical of a normal Hibachi place.

Wasn't crowded but had slow food service. Surprisingly, it's the same price for hibachi menu as having the hibachi cooked in front of you. Would pass if given the opportunity to go back.

Extremely disappointed how we were treated at this place, we were at the hibachi table and felt the chef was fantastic so we tipped him with cash, afterwards I paid my bill in full and was rudely asked why I didn’t add a tip on the bill, I informed the lady who only brought us water that I had already tipped in cash which is what I do wherever I go, I was told I need to tip again and it’s the rule, I asked for the manager who then went on to tell me I have to tip the lady who brought just water as she is paid 2 dollars an hour, why is this my business? this entitlement attitude in the service industry is ridiculous, you chose the job, I paid for my food and tipped the person that I believe did all the work well, why do I have to be forced to tip someone who just brought us water? Is it by force now to tip or it is suggested? I am totally confused, last time I will ever go spend my money here, ridiculous, someone had told me about this but I always want to experience things myself, you do a good job you get a tip if not I am paying for my food and leaving

Had the hibachi grill. The show was standard and the food average. I ordered a filet and scallops. Both overcooked and one taste fits all. Too much rice prepped as filler.
