Absolutely delicious. The Wasabi slaw is perfect and compliments the burrito/bowl experience, and the pulled pork was phenomenal. The only issue was that the fryers were down, so we couldn't try the sweet potato fries or the shrimp chips. But that just gives me an excuse to come back!

Fresh, bold, and customizable. My Asian food dreams come true. I got Silantra for the first time today as a work lunch to-go. It exceeded my expectations by far. So healthy and delicious with the bold and zesty sauces, just the perfect meal if you enjoy Asian style cuisine. And the prices are phenomenal for the portion sizes and quality. This was easily lunch and dinner for me. 10/10 recommend.

The food was fresh and delicious & the staff was amazing. Having never had bing, we got ours on the side and it was so good! Like a giant burrito, but more doughy; it reminded me slightly of the hotter dough of a pierogi. We’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area.
How can something be so simple but complex all at the same time?? I hate wasting food and they make it impossible to waste anything because it is so good. The portions are perfect and the mixture of flavors packs a ‘punch of your choice’. The folks that work here are invested in you loving this place as much as they do. Need advice? Don’t be shy just ask the experts and you will. Or be disappointed and you WILL def expand your taste horizons.

I love Silantra! I’ve been coming here since the day they opened downtown and admirably don’t get to eat there as much as I wish I could. They offer a unique and delicious option for dining which is awesome! The bing wraps are incredible and all the toppings are fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and always very kind! Can’t say enough good things about them
