I hate writing bad reviews, but I will if something becomes a pattern. the staff here is borderline incompetent. they haven't gotten a single mobile order of mine correct. between completely missing entrées and sides, to knowing they are out of something that you paid for and doing nothing to reach out, substitute, or even tell you when you picked up the order, I have never seen a fast food place mess up so consistently. oh also, they don't do refunds. they'll just offer you a free combo. use your damn eyes and quit robbing me. it's not that hard to check a bag or make a phone call.

Continues to give cold food and not give condiments I’ve ordered past 5 times and no corrections have been made especially on DoorDash orders. How do you not include marinara with mozzarella sticks? All of my orders happened during night shift. When I worked there before the reopening this would’ve never happened. Disappointed.

I made an order online and it said my food would be done by 6:20. I get here 6:20 and my food doesn’t come out until 6:40 so I just sat and waited for 20 minutes after being told multiple times my food would be out in a minute. Finally it gets here and they told me the one milkshake I ordered was out of stock but we could choose something else to replace it with. We tell them our alternative option and they go to make it. I then checked my bag and realized they also didn’t give me one of the sandwiches I ordered. We hit the button and told someone over the speaker that they didn’t give us one of our sandwiches and they said someone would be out in a second. The guy gets here and tells us that they are also out of that type of burger completely and that we can choose something to replace it with. They were going to let us leave after paying almost $30 without one of our sandwiches, it’s a good thing I checked the bag. We got to Sonic at 6:20 and didn’t leave until 6:50 with 2 items that we didn’t even order because they were sold out and didn’t take it off their online ordering system and I almost didn’t even get both of them. That was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant.

Usually love the chicken and tots/fries at Sonic but each time I have tried ordering a specialty drink there has been a significant problem. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had, however I'm not sure how much of that is on Sonic or Doordash tbf. The drink in the picture was supposedly at one point "The Paris"...I was expecting a pink drink as shown on the menu, not a brown sludge with curdled whipped cream chunks. Who thought that handing this drink to a customer was ok? If I had ever done this when working in food service I would have been canned immediately. Not to mention the inexplicable substitution of a corn dog instead of a pretzel. No service? No food? No more of my money.

Horrible Sonics. Piss poor service. Guy mumbled into microphone. We should have taken the hint then that these folks were all miserable. Food was cold. When we told them the food was cold we got attitude and they never came back to talk to us. We just wanted our money back but they went to recook the fries. We finally left forfeiting our $4 fries.

I had a great experience at Sonic! The food was fresh and tasty, and there were so many options to choose from. My burger was juicy, and the tater tots were crispy and perfectly seasoned. I especially enjoyed the fun drink selection – it's always nice to customize with their unique flavors.
The carhop service was quick and friendly, although I did have to wait a bit longer than expected, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. But overall, it was a good visit, and I’ll definitely be back for more!
