No restaurants are open after the show at Sight and Sound so we lowered our expectations and went with fast food . We were kind of hungry so that might affect my rating. The downside comments were, "fries could use more salt, garlic bacon burger was too garlic y and could have been hotter." But hey, they were open and fast and we got to eat! Thank you

I don’t normally leave reviews, especially like this, I ordered a large M&M blast tonight along with various other items. Was enjoying the blast when I bit into something hard that wasn’t an M&M, it turned out to be a STICK of some sort!!!!!!!!! not just one but THREE and debris inside my cup!!!!

Stopped in for a couple of beverages along with some tots and chili cheese fries (my sonic weakness)!
Quick and friendly service. The ocean water is always a hit! Family friendly atmosphere. It's cool to park and eat. They also have drive-thru and tables outside for sitting. Philly cheesesteak is not too bad. Kids liked the kids meals with burger or chicken tenders. It came with a toy. FYI the toy will be different dependent on the meal choice.
We got burgers here bcuz we love Sonic. But the burgers were cold, didn't even feel cooked. I sent an email to corporate to let them know and they played back and forth with emails for a few days and finally just ended up sending me just an email thanking me for my info. ?And now that I see all of these other reviews, it makes sense. That Sonic is a waste of space.. And apparently dangerous!!!!!?? I definitely need to start looking at reviews before I go in establishments.Parking: The parking lot is very small

Yesterday was the second incident my family got sick. Previously my Mom who we do full care of got sick on a number 1 burger and onion ring meal. She had diarrhea along with bad stomach cramping. Multiple rounds of diarrhea. Yesterday October 22, 2023 my wife and I stopped to try Sonic again and ate on site as we kept my Mom’s meal aside. We first noticed the taste seemed off. We both ate about half and agreed something was wrong. I started having stomach cramps driving home. By the time we got home both of us ran to the bathroom sick. Both of us had multiple incidents of diarrhea and cramping . It is now 10:50 the next day and I’m still cramping with diarrhea. We were able to get the burger from my Mom before she ate it but she did have a few onion rings and she also had multiple rounds of diarrhea at almost 80 years old. The burgers and onion rings tasted off. We think there was bacteria in either the burgers or onion rings. Perhaps the oil was old and had bacteria. Previous to this we were big Sonic fans and regular customers. We also always tipped well. This Lancaster location needs a deep inspection. My mom is full care in a hospital bed. It was difficult to be so sick our selves and have to do her care due to lunches we thought we would enjoy. We are very disappointed! That’s 4 meals we got sick on. 1 previously with my mom and 3 yesterday. These combo meals are not cheap. It’s a treat to eat out being I’m medically out of work myself as a law enforcement officer and my wife is disabled along with my Mon’s care. Management please do the right thing in this situation and correct these issues. Also we had 4 meals between 2 visits that were bad so a reimbursement of these meals would be appreciated. To us Sonic was always a all American place to eat that we loved. We hope to bring awareness to others and management as stomach cramping with diarrhea on day two is not acceptable.
