I had the beef ribs with mac and cheese, and everything was absolutely delicious. If the sauce is house-made, I’d suggest adding a touch more seasoning or a slight kick, or perhaps offering a few additional sauce options. Overall, the food was great, the service was good, and we really enjoyed visiting the Long’s Park location.

I stopped here twice on my way to Delaware; i like to deem myself as a foodie, and being a cultured chef, i like to think i know things about food. This was hands down THE best soul food i have ever had in my life. i live 4 hours away and i can garuntee i will be back more than once in the future. The price compared to serving size seems unreal, and the food itself is unreal. Thank you so much for the experience!

Everything I have tried so far has been amazing!!! I have started to order extra cornbread to take home. The portions are generous enough for me to make 2 meals out of a platter, but I always finish off that cornbread and want more. 10 out of 10 !!!!

I was watching Jason, Lancaster Central Market’s marketing manager, photograph Cory slicing beef brisket. Cory offered a sample. Delicious! Since it was morning, I bought a meal for lunch: beef brisket, baked beans, mac and cheese and cornbread. My girlfriend and I shared it for lunch. Both of us were very pleased with everything!

Not only is the food fantastic but the portions are you receive are HUGE as well. You can't go wrong with Corey's food. Check them out the next time you are downtown The Lancaster Central Market.
