I stopped here twice on my way to Delaware; i like to deem myself as a foodie, and being a cultured chef, i like to think i know things about food. This was hands down THE best soul food i have ever had in my life. i live 4 hours away and i can garuntee i will be back more than once in the future. The price compared to serving size seems unreal, and the food itself is unreal. Thank you so much for the experience!

Everything I have tried so far has been amazing!!! I have started to order extra cornbread to take home. The portions are generous enough for me to make 2 meals out of a platter, but I always finish off that cornbread and want more. 10 out of 10 !!!!

I was watching Jason, Lancaster Central Market’s marketing manager, photograph Cory slicing beef brisket. Cory offered a sample. Delicious! Since it was morning, I bought a meal for lunch: beef brisket, baked beans, mac and cheese and cornbread. My girlfriend and I shared it for lunch. Both of us were very pleased with everything!

They need a physical building asap. The cornbread was so fire and the best part was it was only 14$ for the platter and my cornbread. Soulcialize Catering has FANTASTIC food. My husband Bobby and myself are never disappointed when we get dinner from their stand at the The Lancaster Central Market!! Not only is the food fantastic but the portions are you receive are HUGE as well. You can't go wrong with Corey's food. Check them out the next time you are downtown The Lancaster Central Market.

We wanted to try the collard greens so we got a plate with delicious brisket, potato salad, cornbread and collard greens. We even got an extra bowl of greens as it was my husband’s first time to try them. The food was seasoned well and tasted great. The cornbread was very moist also. If you go by the market check them out , you will enjoy the food and good company.

We were surprised by not only the delicious food but cordial staff at Soulcialize. The staff spent time to educate us on the history of soul food in America, and of their food offerings. Overall, it was all delicious and we definitely plan to revisit and taste their other selections when we are in town again. We recommend this establishment!
