We were in the area visiting and came across this stand in the Central Market and while I didn't plan to get a whole dinner I had to when I saw how fabulous the food looked. I had brisket, Mac & cheese, & greens and it was all excellent...and I'm picky about my mac so to me that's saying a lot. The brisket was sooo well seasoned as were the greens. Also I can't forget to mention the great customer service we received. Next time we're in the area I will definitely be back. P.S. the prices were also amazing

We were surprised by not only the delicious food but cordial staff at Soulcialize. The staff spent time to educate us on the history of soul food in America, and of their food offerings. Overall, it was all delicious and we definitely plan to revisit and taste their other selections when we are in town again. We recommend this establishment!

We went to the Lancaster Central Market today and met wonderful people at Soulcialize. Corie and Jada were very helpful and friendly. We wanted to try the collard greens so we got a plate with delicious brisket, potato salad, cornbread and collard greens. We even got an extra bowl of greens as it was my husband’s first time to try them. The food was seasoned well and tasted great. The cornbread was very moist also. If you go by the market check them out , you will enjoy the food and good company.

Collar greens are out of this world! Staff were incredibly friendly and offered a sample of the collards which led to our family buying 3 plates and loving every bite. Highly recommend!
We've stopped by the Central Market stand several times to pick up platters . The brisket is tender and seasoned perfectly, gumbo is outstanding, the baked beans are incredible and the Mac n cheese is about as close to homemade as you can get , it's creamy , cheesy and absolutely delicious ! My boyfriend doesn't like mac n cheese and yet he actually eats this one !!! The young woman who works the stand is so sweet and helpful and always remembers us , she's a gem !!! We can't wait to try their Jerk Chicken

I travel a lot for work and when my boyfriend found out I'd be in Lancaster, all he wanted was fried chicken. Well I found this gem in central market and I am telling you run don't walk to this amazing foodI ordered the brisket , fried chicken, Mac and cheese, collard greens and yams. Everything was absolutely amazing. Flavorful, cooked well and seasoned to perfection. I used to live in Texas for a long time so my brisket standards are high and this is some of the best brisket I've ever had, Great food and great peopleWe will be back!!
