I've only had it once cause I can't seem to catch them while their open but it was really good food.

UPDATE: A week and a half later and we still haven’t been refunded or been able to get in touch with/hear back from anyone. Just blatantly stealing from customers now I guess. Screw this placeThe one time I ordered in person, I waited at least an hour for the food, but it was probably longer. Tried placing an order ahead, an hour and a half in advance, on a Tuesday. After they extended the delivery time twice, they just cancelled it with no explanation or apology. The food is good, but not worth the wait and headache of wondering if you’ll actually get it. There’s better places that actually know how to run a business

This was my 2nd annual time coming here with my team. We get the amazing chance of visiting Spice Kings when we attend our yearly healthcare conference. Last year we found this gem and the food was delicious. This year when we and I got the chicken and shrimp hibachi and it was chef’s kiss. The wait was long but there was about 6 of us who ordered at the same time. Everything was cooked to order and was fresh!! Can’t wait until next year’s conference to check them out again! The ambience, vibe and customer service was there!!! Please keep up the excellent work! We will be back ?

Would give zero rating if possible. We had excellent food when you first opened. Placed an order via GrubHub today because website, Instagram, Google states you are open. An hour later we received a call from the GrubHub driver that he had tried to pickup the order, but the restaurant was closed. If you are closed, please post so customers are aware and orders cannot be placed then cancelled over an hour later. Likely will not return. Unfortunate, because the food was good months ago, but service is non-existent.

1st time here and so good! He had the chicken hibachi and I had fried fish w fries. Great flavor and perfectly cooked. Super nice people here too. We will be back to try the wings!

So where do I start ? . I waited a hour and 30 mins for my food . When I got my food it was incorrect . My steak was burnt and shrimp had a weird taste they should leave hibachi for an Asian community. The chicken was dry and bland , the $16 crab cake egg rolls were burnt and we got 2 egg rolls cut in half for 16 dollars NEVER

The food was delicious once I finally got it. But it was a 65 minute wait for food that does not take 65 minutes to prepare.Parking: Street parking and the kiosk is right in front of the business.Wheelchair accessibility: There was no ramp for a wheelchair that I could see.

Was not opened when I ordered, however, the order went through for some reason. Waited an hour until delivery time and called all the numbers listed with no response. I received a text saying the order was on the way. Waited another hour. Then I got a text saying my order was canceled.

Food was as advertised. Took about 20 minutes because everything made from scratch. I had the crack wings and steak and pasta both were amazing.Entree dishes huge portions. Price is on the high side but good food usually is.

Ordered my food to be ready around 1:30, ended up getting held back at work, so I went to pick it up to find out they gave the food away. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the food to be done & then found a hair in my meal. Will not be going back

Crab Cake egg rolls are Steak and Salmon hibachi was amazing. The proteins were not overcooked and it was just the right amount of seasoning.
