I don't really like leaving online reviews but I really wanted to leave a review for this store. I am their normal customer and by normal, they see me every morning during the week before I head into work. On this particular day, I didn't have time to get coffee in the morning, so I went to get coffee during lunch hour. Today, I was already feeling an overwhelming sense of grief as I have lost my dog recently and today is just not going well as is. I got coffee first, and then stopped over to get shake shack's for my office, but the drinks spilled all over in my car when I got my order. I tried to hold it altogether, but as soon as I pulled back up to Starbucks to get my coffee again, I broke down. I tried to put my order in again, but I just couldn't stop crying. The manager and the staff were ALL so very kind and the manager even came outside and walked to my car to give me a hug. She didn't have to, but she did. And I needed that. They gave me my new coffee and the manager (I wish I knew her name...I think Jenn?) even came back out to help clean up the spill. Their kindness made my day. There are still good people out there. Thank you Starbucks staff for what you did for me today. You didn't have to, but you did it with grace and kindness and I truly appreciate it. That's why I keep coming back to you guys.

I stoped here twice around 7:30-8:30 AM and there was never a line in the drive thru. My second visit I was accidentally charged for the order behind me in line but the window caught it right after and made it a non-issue. Friendly service! My drinks were good and breakfast sandwiches were great!

This is our local Starbucks and we are here at least twice a week. The service is outstanding and the drinks are always the best here. The employees are so friendly and thoughtful and it's always a great experience coming here. One star for atmosphere because whoever came through within the past week (2nd week of January 2025) and cleared out their decor really ruined the atmosphere. We went yesterday and thought they were closing because it's so sterile and barren in there now.

Starbucks is a great company with amazing service, and high standards. As a very picky person about coffee I think that the quality of the coffee bean itself that they use could be better. It was a convenient location that was close by and I needed coffee so that’s appreciated!

Such wonderful and friendly staff. They go out of their way to make the best coffee, food, etc. They get it right every time. My food and coffee are always very good.
I did enter in one of these stores, I really feel unconfortable with the treat I receive, for real the people working there tought I was kinda anormal because I couldn't speak english.

I unfortunately tried this Starbucks around 1 PM on Father's Day when they were very busy. They made me the incorrect drink after a long wait only to make me wait even longer as they prepared the right drink. I've tried just as busy Starbucks elsewhere and never faced these issues. The personnel were polite hence reason for mediocre rating.
P.S. Cappuccino and Latte are NOT the same. That is why there are two separate items on the menu!

It’s a great location, really nice scenery inside, polite people. The one thing is the one time I went there was a kid that wouldn’t stop screaming. The parents did nothing, and the staff let it happen. It’s impossible to enjoy a coffee or get any work done when kids are having temper tantrums in the background..
