Stunning starbucks in a prime location!!

Went through the drive through line this evening. Ordered two basic drinks. Ordered a grande iced coffee with cream and sugar, and a grande vanilla steamer with two extra pumps of vanilla. When we pulled up to the drive through window, our iced coffee was ready right away. However, it took an additional ten minutes to receive the vanilla steamer. Upon receiving, it was sticky down one whole half side of the cup, and it was barely lukewarm. Very frustrating, especially when you don't have the option to go back because of heading into work. That was by far the worst experience.I've had in a long time very disappointed.

Tried to call in after they made my drink wrong and the number was busy for almost 3 hours of trying i highly doubt it was being used every half hour over the last 3 hours so i guess i will leave this review. Definitely disappointed even after being asked about how i wanted my drink they still made it wrong.

Better chairs and surroundings than most Starbuck in the area. It has plenty of seating both in and outdoors. Busy but service is really pretty fast.

My go to Starbucks! After night shift @ the hospital doing 12’s, I am exhausted. I then have to drive 40 minutes home to york so I always make sure to stop here and get a white chocolate mocha before getting on the highway, definitely a huge mood and energy booster. The staff is always super nice & puts cute stickers and messages on my cup! Always a returning customer🫶🏻

Went for my birthday and everyone was very pleasant and order was correct
I don't really like leaving online reviews but I really wanted to leave a review for this store. I am their normal customer and by normal, they see me every morning during the week before I head into work. On this particular day, I didn't have time to get coffee in the morning, so I went to get coffee during lunch hour. Today, I was already feeling an overwhelming sense of grief as I have lost my dog recently and today is just not going well as is. I got coffee first, and then stopped over to get shake shack's for my office, but the drinks spilled all over in my car when I got my order. I tried to hold it altogether, but as soon as I pulled back up to Starbucks to get my coffee again, I broke down. I tried to put my order in again, but I just couldn't stop crying. The manager and the staff were ALL so very kind and the manager even came outside and walked to my car to give me a hug. She didn't have to, but she did. And I needed that. They gave me my new coffee and the manager (I wish I knew her name...I think Jenn?) even came back out to help clean up the spill. Their kindness made my day. There are still good people out there. Thank you Starbucks staff for what you did for me today. You didn't have to, but you did it with grace and kindness and I truly appreciate it. That's why I keep coming back to you guys.

I stoped here twice around 7:30-8:30 AM and there was never a line in the drive thru. My second visit I was accidentally charged for the order behind me in line but the window caught it right after and made it a non-issue. Friendly service! My drinks were good and breakfast sandwiches were great!

This is our local Starbucks and we are here at least twice a week. The service is outstanding and the drinks are always the best here. The employees are so friendly and thoughtful and it's always a great experience coming here. One star for atmosphere because whoever came through within the past week (2nd week of January 2025) and cleared out their decor really ruined the atmosphere. We went yesterday and thought they were closing because it's so sterile and barren in there now.
