This is our local Starbucks and we are here at least twice a week. The service is outstanding and the drinks are always the best here. The employees are so friendly and thoughtful and it's always a great experience coming here. One star for atmosphere because whoever came through within the past week (2nd week of January 2025) and cleared out their decor really ruined the atmosphere. Starbucks is a great company with amazing service, and high standards. As a very picky person about coffee I think that the quality of the coffee bean itself that they use could be better. It was a convenient location that was close by and I needed coffee so that’s appreciated!

I unfortunately tried this Starbucks around 1 PM on Father's Day when they were very busy. They made me the incorrect drink after a long wait only to make me wait even longer as they prepared the right drink. I've tried just as busy Starbucks elsewhere and never faced these issues. The personnel were polite hence reason for mediocre rating.

P.S. Cappuccino and Latte are NOT the same. That is why there are two separate items on the menu!
