Starbucks please invest in small felt pads to put on the legs of your chairs! It’s noisy enough inside, felt pads would alleviate the loud scraping of chairs on the concrete floor. Cost? Minimal

Hit the Drivethru with my coworkers before for for our usual. She got the French Vanilla Ice Coffeé, and i got a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher With Dragonfruit and Strawberries Bits. The best way to start our work day. I sorry i don't remember the employee name who worked the window but shout outs to you for be so wonderful.

I have only come to this Starbucks 3 times. 2 out of the three times I have waited more then 15 minutes for a grande coffee and a food item that they warm. today I waited the same amount of time just for my drink. I told them I needed my food. The guy said it will be up soon. I'm sorry but what do you mean by soon? I have already waited how long. Needless to say I had to leave with out my food. Yes I did pay for it just never got it.

Always a good experience, workers are all always nice, I think they move pretty quickly. I had to waste about 5 hours sitting in there one day waiting on car repairs and it flew by. I've never had an issue with any orders and never had to wait long, even during peak times.

This Starbucks is the worst and most inconsistent in Lancaster County. EVERY time I order an iced drink it is watered down and does not taste the way it should. Adding espresso shots to iced drinks as a customization is pretty basic, and your one job is to make coffee beverages, properly, there shouldn’t be three little ice cubes floating at the top of your drink and watered down coffee and cream.

I ordered a venti size of Chamomile Mint using my personal tumbler. However, the barista put tea bags directly into the water, including the paper tags, which might have been contaminated by her hands. I ended up drinking the tea with the paper tags and potentially the germs from her hands. Yuck!

Food was fine but the experience was not. We come to Starbucks alot and after the service we had from Aaron we will never go to this one again. We went through the drive through and everything seemed fine at first then as we continued to order for my wife and our two children Aaron seemed annoyed with us. When we finished our order and pulled up to the windows he rolled his eyes and closes the glass and walked away. Making us wait for about 6 mins before coming out to scan for payment and then it took a couple mins after that to get our drinks and food items. It was the worst service I have ever received form Starbucks. Because of the choice that he made to be rude to us in the drive though we will never go there again.
