This is my go too Starbucks after my workout. Love the mobile order! I’m always greeted when I pick up my Cold Brew. All of the staff goes out of their way to make you feel like family!

The employees of the Willow Street PA Starbucks are amazing!!!! I have been homeless for the past 6+ months living out of my car and sleeping in their parking lot (because I feel safe there!) And alot of weeks I don't have enough money to eat all week or I eat 1or 2 meals a week... Tonight I parked my car in the starbucks lot and went for a walk around the pond by micks just to clear my head and think for a bit, when I got back to my car I found a bag by my tire. Great staff! Consistent with drinks!

I accidentally ordered online at the wrong store. I called that store quick to cancel but the charge already went through online. The Willow Valley store was very understanding and made the drinks for me. They’re always consistent with drink orders and very friendly.
