i love belmont starbucks! all the employees are so kind there, today i placed a mobile order for yogurt which they were out of and maya did the most to apologize and make it up to me!

Hi, I usually have amazing experiences here, I’m greeted with good energy and reciprocation, recently, I thank the employee for the drink but they did reciprocate and say you’re welcome or say anything at all, it was awkward and unprofessional. Just would be more considerate to communicate and be more friendlier. I come to the Starbucks often, usually it is better. Thanks, God bless.

Weakest coffee I have ever had in my life. I ordered a cappuccino and waited like 30 minutes, only to receive what tasted like hot milk. I will go to the Target Starbucks until I know they actually serve coffee here.

I never complain or write reviews but I received the worst service ever, I put in a mobile order and arrived for pick up and I noticed they gave me the wrong size in one drink and the sauce missing in the other. I immediately received an attitude and even heard the person making my drink and the window cashier complaining and something to effect of "I will just spit in it..." I could have misheard and luckily I watched them make the drinks so I know they didn't but really? Then the cherry on to when they returned the drinks she argued with me that the sauce was my mistake and how it wasn't on the ticket. I showed her she hand me the drink it has been made again wrong I don't even attempt to rectify and get the thing I order because the cashier was so argumentative. I told her it was fine and to have a good day. But seriously? I am never going there again. I usually go to the Harrisburg Pike location at the crossings, they are awesome! Never get any attitude and they are always so friendly and polite.

Yesterday I called Starbucks to discuss a negative experience and the manager seemed willing to listen, he offered a solution and on the phone, at the time, I accepted that solution but later on while discussing this experience with someone else and given further thought, I changed my mind and thought, why would I only be offered $4.00 off on a new drink where I will still have to purchase another one when not only did they mess up my order after paying and tipping on a $7.00 drink but wouldn’t give me a refund when I asked for one when the visit wasn’t going well? Not sure what their protocol is when offering solutions but I think I’m going to pass on the discounted new drink and try not to use this location anymore. The manager seemed like a decent person but I just do not agree. I feel like it should of been fully replaced, especially because I asked for a refund while I was there and did not have time to return again.
