Drive through people should ask if I have stars to scan for before collecting money. Lady at drive through informed me that I could not collect my stars after I handed her the money. There was a 3 second window from me handing the money to showing my barcode to collect stars. Very quick to ask for a tip when I pay with a card though.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location today was just the icing on top. Majority of the associates that work here are pleasant except for those miserable few. I’m going through drive thru, I order the Oleato shaken expresso, I guess it’s a crime to pronounce things wrong because the girl that was taking my order had her coworker next to her who I’m guessing is also the one that made my drink comment “if you can say it right” after hearing me order, she has no clue I heard her I’m assuming . At first it did not register until I got the window, soon as I did I was expecting to address this with that associate but I was told she was somewhere out back. To top it off im assuming that same girl made my drink it did not match what I ordered nor did it match what the picture looked like. I only tried this drink today for the first time because a friend of mine had purchased it 30 minutes prior so I wanted to try one myself. I come to Starbucks every week, I don’t have to come to this location because majority of the time my drinks always come out wrong. I could drive 10-15 minutes to another one. I just come to this one because it’s closer, that is it.
This Location came very handy, really close to costco, lowes, chella's, sheetz, and mc Donald's. So close to my house too ! Made my life a lot easier. ????????
