went in here yesterday and ordered 2 coffees. i ordered a nitro cold brew which came out warm. i ordered another drink size venti and it was supposed to have cold foam but the barista made a grande no cold foam. upon telling her it was supposed to be venti she fixed that. we asked her about the cold foam and she replied it’s not on the ticket at which the cashier said i forgot to put that on there to which the barista replied i can give you cold foam but that will $1.25. i’ve worked customer service for years and if a mistake was made by the worker, they should fix it. she had an attitude and acted like she didn’t want to work (the store was empty before we got there).

Starbucks rolled out a new policy recently that doesn’t let people get free ice waters nor will they refill water bottles without a purchase. I wanted to write that me and dozens of other mall employees rely on the clean purified water that Starbucks provides. I understand why this policy would be implemented for people who are sitting down in the cafe or using their bathroom but it inadvertently hurts the people who work nearby that usually grab a quick bite to eat or an extra drink while they pick up a water before their shift. Not only does this put stress on the consumers it puts the baristas in bad moods dealing with customers who are rightfully upset about it. Speaking to other employees who rely on the water I get the same sentiment from each and every one of them, they are angry at Starbucks.
I feel at the very least if you purchase a Starbucks owned water bottle/to-go coffee cup they should be filled regardless. Even if they are $30… I was given the reason that there are other places to get purified water, places that are out of the way and inconvenient for mall employees to access and not to mention dirty.

The Starbucks at Park City is great! They can get very busy and still serve you quickly! Very accommodating if you order a special drink! There are several chairs outside when weather is nice!
