Great location, but just can be a bit busy!! We've come here multiple times and it's a convenient spot right at the mall. The quality of the food and drinks are just like the others - very good and delicious. Service is good as well.The main complaint is that it can be a bit busy and it's small inside. The last time we went, there was one cashier and we waited in line about 5 minutes before ordering. But despite this, it's a nice location overall!Vegetarian options: Most drinks are vegetarian, and many of the food items are.Dietary restrictions: They have almond milk and oak milk I thinkParking: There's a large parking lot at the mall. It can get busy but hopefully you'll find a spot even if it's farther away.Kid-friendliness: Good for kids overallWheelchair accessibility: No stairs!

It was not busy when I visited. The batista did an excellent job with my order. Nice calm sitting area inside and out.
The place needs serious updating. The air conditioning was dripping onto us which the cashier apologized for but the floor was wet with no sign to warn. Additionally, you could see a bucket catching the air conditioning unit dripping from the ledge beneath it.

The MAJORITY of the time my drink is always made correctly here. It’s a shame that no matter where I go and order extra cold foam, I don’t get extra cold foam. Here, I can count on them reading my order correctly. I’m grateful they are mostly consistent.

It’s too sweet, answer there’s no coffee taste at all, I ordered a cup and gave half a cup, I asked the male employee , and he gave me back because we ordered less ice…I think his definition of less ice is no a bit off
