I was in the store with an individual with special needs. We ordered drinks. The person I was with pointed out that there was something weird in her drink. I checked and there were a few whole coffee beans in her drink. I took it up and had them remake it. Then an employee sent away customers who walked in and told us that we had to leave because they are having a team meeting?! Whoever heard of turning away customers and making people leave for a meeting? Thats just poor management.

I really enjoy the customer service I get here. They’re always nice & trying their best. As far as the atmosphere, I had some time to kill which I typically don’t have… I went inside and read my book. So peaceful. So relaxing. My drinks are always perfectly made and what makes it even tastier is when someone writes something sweet on my cup! Thank you!

I have been coming to this starbucks for year and no other location in lancaster compares. They are the only location that actually puts in lite ice and actually put extra lemonade when I order and acai everywhere else is a bunch of ice and watered down. I did not get the workers name she was a white lady with brunette hair she was super nice and gave me a sample of the summer refresher drink when she heard I was curious about it.

Bitter and strongly flavored coffees. Stressed out staff who are not chipper and eager to help. But. They got a lemon 🍋 cake that's pretty good. Not good enough to go out of your way for but if you don't try it when you go there you might of wasted a trip.

Great Starbucks location! The inside is warm and cozy in the winter, and during the summer, you can sip your coffee while the sunlight shines through the windows. My order was ready just a few minutes after I placed it☕️
Had a really nice experience at the drive-up window. I was greeted, immediately, and the individual who finalized my order was personable and polite.

This Starbucks typically never misses which is why it’s my favorite. I will drive from Hershey to this Starbucks because I just like them that much. But today specifically!!!!! I had the best iced matcha latte ever, perfectly smooth, flavorful, and blended in with everything I had in it. The barista who made this for me 10 minutes ago is the best, 1000% merits a raise. Immediately.
