Bitter and strongly flavored coffees. Stressed out staff who are not chipper and eager to help. But. They got a lemon đ cake that's pretty good. Not good enough to go out of your way for but if you don't try it when you go there you might of wasted a trip.

Great Starbucks location! The inside is warm and cozy in the winter, and during the summer, you can sip your coffee while the sunlight shines through the windows. My order was ready just a few minutes after I placed itâď¸

This Starbucks typically never misses which is why itâs my favorite. I will drive from Hershey to this Starbucks because I just like them that much. But today specifically!!!!! I had the best iced matcha latte ever, perfectly smooth, flavorful, and blended in with everything I had in it. The barista who made this for me 10 minutes ago is the best, 1000% merits a raise. Immediately.

Not one employee spoke to me when I entered the store. I was picking up a doordash order and waited at the counter for the name to be called out. I sat there for 10 minutes as they set out drinks without calling out names. Someone finally acknowledged me and asked if I was picking up and I replied yes for doordash. Apparently my order had been ready behind the counter that whole time. They girl employee said to me âyouâre supposed to pick up doordash down here.â Excuse me but how am I supposed to know that if not one employee acknowledges me? And there was a sign on the front counter for picking doordash so thatâs where I waited. It was extremely frustrating and wasted time. If the employee acknowledged me before 10 minutes in I could have been on my way. Very frustrating.

Joely, as always, made the best chai tea latte; it was the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. Iâm always impressed by this SB location!

I love this Starbucks! Have been coming here for a while but thereâs one employee that makes me get back in my car and drive to Belmont. Kristina, was upset because she made my drink wrong!!! ? I very nicely with a smile told her and she was with an attitude a face and even put melted whipped cream inside my cup. I simply walked out. If she doesnât want to be there just find something else she would be happier with.
