Ordered a double chocolate chip frappe with no whip . Got one with whip . Lady was very nice and remade it . But when I left I noticed it was a mocha cookie crumble . Also asked for caramel drizzle which was also not there . Also very watery wasn’t frappe like at all . Lady who helped was very nice didn’t wanna have them make it a 3rd time .

This experience started down the road at the Belmont Starbucks where I placed my mobile order at the 1950 Fruitville Pike location by accident. I asked the Belmont Starbucks if they could make the order anyway (just a small brewed coffee!) and they said no- strange, because when I was a partner for 2.5 years we were always able to accommodate that. So I drive down to the 1950 location and saw the drive through line was long and hardly moving. Went to pick up my order in the cafe instead, because it had been 20 minutes and I figured the coffee was on the counter waiting for me. The door was locked even tho there were people inside. A barista came and told me sorry they’re closing down the cafe (looked like they were having some sort of staff party??) and she told me I had to go through drive thru. I told her my coffee was right on the counter but she said I couldn’t come in and she couldn’t just hand it to me. I then proceeded to wait in the drive thru line for 32 minutes. Coffee was cold. As a partner, I’m so disappointed

Quick service. I got a venti chai tea latte and it was amazing definitely going to order again soon. The cashier/hostess was really nice and as I was the only customer in there she talked to me. Have you ever stood in a coffee shop being the only one in there and it was silent other than the sound of coffee being made? Awkward!

This has to be one of the most poorly managed locations. They're constantly out of things for days at a time. Wait times are astronomical, sometimes upwards of 20 minutes when there are only 1-2 cars in the drive-through. The employees do their best to make things work, but you can tell that they're stuck with the stock issues and policies they're given. This might as well be a Dunkin' at this point.

I stop at Starbucks regularly for a tea when I am in the road. Recently (as in this week) they changed how they make tea, instead of someone just filling a cup with hot water and putting tea bags in it. The tea now seems to go in line with all the other fancy drinks. So it took me 12 min to get a cup of hot water here.Not sure why they changed this, but I am not happy about it.

When I visited Starbucks store are beautiful organized well and maintain cleaned well. Their workers and staffs are friendly,generous and professional nice to all. They food are excellent nice and great drinks , nice cafeteria and other things too. They have waiting lines and a great drive thru. They have quality products and customers services appreciation. They encouraged all customers with respect and smiles . The staffs and employees worked as a team together with great team leaders and supervisor and managers are doing the best. They do dine,take out,diversity, breakfast, lunch,and dinner too.

Had a really nice experience over all :) the tall lady with blue hair is super sweet and was very accommodating with their availability and options for ingredients. Service was super fast even when they were pretty busy. Drinks were good and really hit the spot for a warm muggy day. The bumblebee cake pop is terrifying and silly. I've named him Todd, and he tasted very gross.
