Came towards the end of the evening and needed a minute to order; the girl behind the counter sarcastically responded with "well we close in like 20 seconds". When we received our coffee, it tasted like nothing but milk and foam- I didn't hear the espresso machine, so I'm wondering if she even put coffee in the drink. Just a frustrating experience for an expensive coffee, and one that's becoming more common whenever I stop at Starbucks.

The staff is very friendly. My frustration is how often and frequently they have the mobile ordering turned off, even when it is seemingly not busy when I drive by. It is so frequent that I’ve started going out of my way to go to the Greenfield Starbucks.

Came in ordered a couple drinks. They don’t allow the public to use the bathroom. They wouldn’t even let my 82 year old grandmother who uses a walker to use it. She really struggled to get out of the car to use the bathroom. Since when does an Starbucks in its own building not offer public bathrooms!!? Next time I’ll take my business elsewhere where!

Place is depressing on the inside. Very cramped, no seating area. No greeting when I walked in. I was literally the only person in there. Felt unwelcoming. Ordered a black coffee, and waited forever for some unknown reason. When I got the coffee, no acknowledgment that it was mine. Just set it on the counter and walked away. Okay. Took it and left. Realized 5 mins later that my cup is leaking (they must've known it was leaking because they put it in 2 cups thinking that would help). Skip this location.

They used to have a nice sitting area and bathroom here but took it out and I'm not quite sure why, especially with how busy the highway is with traffic and tourism. There's not really a point to having the parking lot anymore as there's nothing inside except for a tiny area to order your coffee - It might as well just be a drive-thru then. I went here on a girls date with my mom and sister and we were disappointed to see the changes and ended up having to take our drinks and food to a nearby bench at Tanger. What we ordered was fine (as it always is with Starbucks) but the establishment itself really took a dive with the changes made.

No restroom for a place that serves food and drink is unconscionable! Extremely limited breakfast choices (there was no yogurt). No place for customers to sit down! Starbucks corporate management is getting too greedy!
