I would have give a 5 star review. But here is the reason why I didn’t… first I repeated multiply times to the Starbucks barista about my order. I order 2 venti Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino both with whipped cream. I also order 1 venti Strawberry Frappuccino & 1 venti Vanilla Crème Frappuccino. When I receive the drinks I knew something was wrong with it. They made Matcha Green Tea Latte instead! I clearly asked a Green Tea Frappuccino! Overall experience 8/10
My granddaughter and I drove over to Starbucks drive-in for a late-night drink. She ordered a tall passion-fruit tea that was water with a hint of flavor. My tall coffee was average but again, it was not a good experience.
There's usually not anyone standing at the counter, and at times, it can take several minutes until someone comes to serve. The attendants aren't well versed on the drinks and options.
