My to-go drink is Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino. I order total 4 drinks all venti. They made 2 of my drinks wrong, I literally said Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino 2 times to the barista. They made 2 Matcha Green Tea Latte instead. Overall experience 7/10.

I was out and about with my toddler, and I realized I'd forgotten to bring any water for myself. I was right next to this location, so I decided to go through the drive thru. I ordered a venti water with strawberries, something my friends have done in the past for less than $1.They wanted to charge me $4.83 FOR WATER. "It's store policy that we charge it like a custom iced tea." I would've paid anywhere between $1-$2, but that is straight corporate greed. I know it's their right to make store policies, and I know it's a busy store. But the same price for a coffee or water is just theft.

Honestly haven’t ever had a bad experience here everyone is nice and almost always asks how I’m doing. It’s nice I appreciate it! Also the cheddar on sourdough is AMAZING. If you haven’t tried it get it you won’t regret it!

If this one inside Target lancaster pa Belmont, they won’t accept the app as I’m just learning how to use a phone! As I’m holding it there she could have said something before taking my order! And writing on the cup! And than saying if I don’t pay the police will be involved! Quack you! Will not return to this location!

Randy and Andrew absolutely made my day. Randy took my order and had me laughing the entire time. He was so sweet! And Andrew was at the window and was just so polite and sweet. Please give these two a raise. They absolutely are the best workers I’ve ever interacted with in customer service. Protect them at all costs!

Usually this Starbucks is pretty good at being quick and efficient. I go there every day for breakfast. Today I tried to order breakfast and they had barely any options. Everything else is “sold out”. If that’s the case, maybe you need to reorder products more often. They have one type of oatmeal, one breakfast sandwich, and one egg bite available. Very disappointing for someone who goes every day.

App not working for my usual store. Tried this store once before shortly after it opened and noted not to return to it on Google maps. Weakest espresso drinks you will find. Latte was basically hot milk and no foam means 1.5 inches less of milk. Waited after ordering ahead, but the other store's lack of mobile app ordering was most likely the cause, nor entirely their problem, but the bad lattes were.
