Me and my daughter and I were standing at the register. We were the only ones there. The only worker was on the outside and finally decided to go behind the register and take our order. She was unfriendly and didn't say a word except what size you want and my total. She never greeted us and never said hello or even thank you. It was super sad she had x's tattooed on her face. I don't judge by the way people look, but it's the best way to describe her without knowing her name. My daughter, who is 8 years old, said mom she has x's on her face she looks and doesn't seem happy, and she doesn't seem like she wanted us to be there. I felt bad because my daughter was so excited to go and order herself.

I love Starbuck's Brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. It makes me sad that whenever I order it here there's only a 50% chance I'm going to get it the way it's supposed to come out. I don't know what the deal is with consistency at this specific location but for whatever reason, this drink is a problem here. I've ordered other things without issue. Today was especially bad, as I watched the girl who made it for me add regular milk to the drink instead of oat milk. I'm not lactose intolerant so it's not that big of a problem for me but for someone who is, that would be very big problem. Plus, the oat milk is a big part of what makes the drink delicious. It's just disappointing.
I went in for a drink and the girl with blonde curly hair who took my order was wearing very inappropriate clothing.

They should close this place down the sandwiches taste like Kleenex and the coffee the Christmas special was just hot milk it was horrible the sandwich was horrible the coffee was horrible the kids working there use one container for multiple kinds of sugar the whole experience was enough to make me never buy coffee again from Starbucks even at the store in bags but I'll never go to another Starbucks coffee, ever ever like I said close it down there's no coffee here there's no food here!

Worst service I have ever received, neither of the two girls knew what they were doing. Waited 20 minutes and not a single drink out of my three drink order was correct. Taylor was the girl taking orders, charged me for cold foam on two of the drinks that already come with cold foam (gingerbread oatmilk chai and pumpkin cream chai). Then Nova (the one with face paint) was the one making drinks. She served 4 other customers before any of my drinks came out. Multiple other customers were complaining about the service. She ignored everyone questions and comments. After 15 minutes of waiting I approached the counter and asked how much longer for our drinks. she didn’t respond nor even look up from making drinks. These two were most incompetent workers I have encountered and all other customers in the store were having just as many issues.

This is a very mid Starbucks. Didn’t that was possible but here we are. Firstly, this is the only Starbucks I’ve been to that doesn’t rewards 1point / $1 spent.. and it’s a little on slower side.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I saw a cockroach in the display case and at the pick-up window. THEY. HAVE. COCKROACHES. Disgusting.

Slowest Starbucks service ever. What ever happened to customer first. They make the customers wait in line while they sweep the floor.

Starbucks is great! As expected, it is costly, so I can not go as often as I would like.

It's Starbucks. It's caffeine, it's expensive it's good. If you're used to folgers it's going to be bitter and strong. If you like espresso drinks and strong coffee enjoy.I mean sometimes a corporate drive up window and a snazzy app beats inconsistent local shops.

This is horrific business practices.Food allergies beware. The pictures speak for themselves.Ordered a Pumpkin Spice Frap. Says so on the cup. Obviously not a frap. That's not the worst.I ordered it non dairy, I SPECIFIED it needed to be non dairy. The young man asked "so no Whipped cream?" And it's on the cup, too. No whip. I asked for almond milk (but whatever). The woman makes this, whatever it is (a PSL maybe?) and puts Whipped cream on it anyway. The man tells her it wasn't suppose to get whip so she takes a pie slicer tool and just lifts the whip off.The man says "No, we need to remake it" and the woman said "No. She'll never know." My back had been turned.Stupid her, my daughter was watching the entire exchange. Thank God she told me because I can't have dairy due to a food allergy. ALLERGY. Not intolerance. Which my daughter knows.I didn't drink a drop of a drink I paid for and I won't be back. I didn't want it remade, either, not with an attitude like that. I wouldn't trust her to actually care enough to do it right the second time either!!Thank you to the young man who tried to be decent.

We didn't eat at Starbucks. I like their noncoffee drink. The dragonfruit is my favorite. My daughter got a Mocca with almond milk and squirts of Carmel.

Its Starbucks.
I come here pretty often as it is a convenient location for me and they mess orders up pretty often, but last time was exceedingly bad along with the service... I ordered red pepper egg bites and the guy pulls out bacon egg bites, the only reason he didn't make the mistake was because I corrected them. I also asked for lite ice, they almost put extra in, again they didn't do so because i corrected them. When they were making my girlfriends drink, they were asking me how I wanted it to be made... which Is nice and all, but it is a standard menu item, I would like how it is made just how they make it at every other Starbucks and I'm not sure if it comes sweetened or unsweetened or what kind of milk it comes with and what not... thats your job, not mine. So I mean I guess I appreciate the customization, but its a little bizarre. The final issue I had was that the two workers had a miscommunication and ended up making my girlfriends drink completely wrong. When I brought it to their attention, their response was "oh well we can remake it if YOU want...." Are you kidding me? You guys made a mistake and you are going to respond to me in a fashion that makes it sound like I'm a burden for wanting you to correct a mistake that you admittedly made? Absolutely ridiculous. If you have worked in customer service, you know the proper response is "oh, please excuse my mistake, let me remake that for you." By that point my girlfriend and I had just had it with the interaction and left.Fundamentally, this Starbucks is like any other, the ingredients taste fine, the food taste fine. But the customer service and quality control is atrocious and if you want anything done right, you have to monitor the works every step of the way.... I've been here quite a few times now and have noticed the pattern with the workers, I will be avoiding the place when the obvious individuals are there.
