I actually use to be a satisfied customer. Unfortunately, today I ordered my usual Buffalo chicken salad with extra ranch. Upon arriving at my office to eat my lunch I realize that they did not provide me with ranch although, I paid for extra ranch. I called them and spoke to Katherine and her response was “ next time you order we will provide you an extra ranch for free “. This was disturbing especially paying $15 for a salad that I could not eat.
