Subway in Lancaster

“This subway location is the best. The two young boys know how to bust out sandwiches. I appreciate there team work, the time they take to clean in between. The place is immaculate and they have a positive attitude. This location is prefered over the one across the health campus and stone mill.“

“I recently visited a Subway restaurant in my local area and was served by Brian, who was the only staff member present. He was managing a significant volume of both in-person and online orders from DoorDash and Uber Eats, easily handling 15-20 orders simultaneously. I felt so concerned that I almost wanted to jump behind the counter and help him.It's disheartening to see that Brian has been working under these conditions for months. He not only deserves a substantial raise for his dedication and hard work but also urgently needs additional staff to support him. The quality of service and the customer experience would greatly improve with a better-staffed team. Subway management needs to address this issue promptly to support their hardworking employee and ensure a better dining experience for everyone.“

“Okay, I wouldn’t normally rate a Subway restaurant, but this place was nice, had a cool modern vibe, and updated furniture. We were in town for a convention, and this place is right next to the convention center. I’ve never been in a nicer, cleaner Subway, and they had tuna, which you can’t find everywhere!“

“I went in like 3 months ago and my service was slow and the place was dirty but I was at giant and I decided to go back because I was hungry and I was greated as I walked in the door and I had great conversation with the new manger (Christine) she was very nice she made my food perfect and my overall experience was amazing I will definitely come back“
