Service was bad. Worst subway experience by far. Lady rolled her eyes at me because she didn't hear me say I wanted the meal of the day while she was adding a different type of meat on the sandwich.

I ordered on my lunch brake waited 15 min in line for raw bread i brought it back showed the one female worker she re did it with grilled chicken because they ran out of rotisserie chicken got back to my truck to realize the chicken was basically frozen. I had no time to return that sandwich because im on a 30 min lunch so it went to the trash i will not be returning again money wasted

Understaffed and undertrained. Made the mistake of ordering online (so already paid and no way to cancel and get refund). When I arrived 10 min after app said my food was ready, they were overwhelmed by the Friday lunch rush, had not started on my order, and did not even start working on it for another 20 min. The people working there were nice and apologized, but I would not go to this location ever again.

Wait times are horrific and the service was completely unacceptable. Never expected to wait over 20 minutes just to order a simple wrap not even a foot long just a home style chicken wrap. Probably never coming back here everyone in the lobby was visibly fed up and the employee complained and said he does not want to be there. Young man Hispanic with a beard and wearing headphones while “working” disgusting

Takeout. This place is understaffed and people were unfriendly and unengaged. The workers, especially the boys in the evenings need re-trained. So below par for customer service. They act like you are bugging them. I asked for a spicy nacho steak and got a chicken instead. They should all work in a place where they don't have to interact with humans. I know if I was the owner, I would be disappointed. Stay clear and choose another Subway.

Very clean store! Excellent customer service. Amber was attentive to customers coming in by acknowledging them and saying hello, how are you to each one. Very personable and quick with making orders.

If I could do 0 stars I would, I Paid $15 for a foot long that I'm pretty sure I was charged double for.... no reciept an they didn't even wanna put enough mayo or lettuce cause the girl didn't wanna go to the back an get more from the fridge, there was hair on my cheese. Highly disturbing an disgusting an people REALLY need proper training

Service is super slow. Employees aren't super engaged. They are typically sitting at a table and then get up to work when people come in and then return to the table after they finish with customers. Food isn't bad, typical Subway. Atmosphere is hit or miss, we have been in there when somewhat inappropriate music was playing on the TV. Prices have gone up quite a bit. Three footling with meal for $50 is crazy considering they don't have much meat or cheese on them. Would rather spend that money for full subs but needed a quick dinner stop.

Staffed by two youngsters without any customer service training. I was the only customer in line for 3 minutes and was not even acknowledged. When asked if I could place an order, just got a look and then order was placed 2 minutes later.Staff seemed irritated

Tried to get food at 2pm on Friday. There appeared to be one employee in the front making a sandwich who didn’t look up or acknowledge me for over 5 minutes. He went to the back to refill a bottle of mayo still without acknowledging me. I left so I didn’t get to try the food. A simple, “I’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way.

Today two girls that work there, charged me before they gave me my pizza but even then the pizza was burnt, I asked for another one but that was burned as well, they were also mocking me. I do not like this customer service, I went to subway at 4:50 and only picked up the pizza at 5:15. Disappointing do better!

Extremely clean store. Teenage gentleman took my order with pleasure and humility. Absolutely fantastic food and service, despite the fact this location is busy and understaffed (he was closing by himself)

DO NOT ORDER FROM. THIS STORE. THE MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND STEALS FROM YOU. THEY CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING AND DID NOT INCLUDE IT IN MY ORDER AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY AND HUNG UP ON ME WOULD NOT GIVE ME HIS NAME OR THE REGIONAL MANAGER NAME. EXTREMELY RUDE AND HUNG UP AGAIN
