They don’t even have a policy to warm up cookies. They say - “We haven’t done that before ever”

You guys should not be cleaning up and putting food away until after close. It closed at 8 tonight, and I saw someone go in 5 min before. The lady had started cleaning up already, and said they were closed. I know it is 5 min before, but if you are going to work somewhere like that, you need to get used to that. I worked at a food place before, and we didn't close until after close, and there were people waiting, or if someone came at close or a few min after, we still took them.

I ordered a sub with pepper jack cheese and she put regular cheese. The sub was soggy by the time I got home ( which is only a five minute ride ). I will NOT go back to this place again

Visited the Subway on Manheim Pike, and ordered 4 subs, all different. Two young guys (I think they said their names were Anthony and Efron, excuse spelling) took our order and were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Always a great experience at this location!
