First time there, food was good and ready.
Second time there,
it took 30 MINUTES for 2 sandwiches
had an OPEN Sprite bottle (had to dump it out)
and, did not even give our chips, do not come to this restaurant under any circumstances

The worst I’ve ever been, ppl were unfriendly, unhappy. Food was made with no effort whatsoever. The lady that helped I could only describe her because they didn’t even had a name tag. She helped me and went to the back to get a damp cloth and started wiping as she was waiting for my sandwich to heat up, she did not change her gloves and touched my sandwich.

I was there at 2:25 on 10/24/24 and i had to wait 5 minutes bc one employee was on her phone at the counter and seen me walk in and didnt say anything. 2 the other employee wiped her nose with her hands and didnt wash them and decided to proceed to put gloves on.

Horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life, I walked in and there were three people in there two ladies and one guy,one on the phone and two were having a conversation but I thought the guy was a customer so I waited for my turn,they acted as if they didn’t see a customer entering, later the other lady having a conversation with the guy came attend to me and she said can I help you? I responded yes you can and I said am ordering tuna on flat bread foot long,then she asked me another question but there were loud music so I didn’t hear what she said,so I asked her to repeat herself that I couldn’t hear her,then she gave me a face attitude and ignored me then talking to the other lady,then I said why are you giving me an attitude just because I asked you to repeat yourself? that I couldn’t hear you because of the music,she kept denying that she didn’t give me any attitude and I said, I saw what you did,so then I continued ordering the food I thought there’s no problem,then the guy among them came to the register to check me out and I made the payment,then this guy said to me, in a rude tone after making Payment and I quote ‘’ hey next time don’t come in here and yell at anybody’’ am like excuse me? Why would you talk to me like that? First of all why I accused someone for being rude to me for no reason, and I asked him is this how you treat every customer that comes in here or is it because am an African? ,because I was shocked that anybody in their right minds would say such things to a customer,so that really got me upset!!! and threw the food on the counter and it felt on the floor even though I had already paid for it,because there’s no way I would eat food served by people who have no respect for other race. Very horrible experience ever!!!!!

I was waiting in line after watching a concert, then I ordered online and once my order was ready I picked it up and went back to my hotel. They gave me the completely wrong order. I called the store 3x and they didn't answer. Yes they were busy but it's not cool having to wait 40+min for your food not coming out right.

Clean. Really long line and ONLY ONE WORKING DOING IT ALL! The worker is doing a great job at keeping her cool. How in the world can only one person be scheduled to work during lunch with events going on at the hotel across the street. The worker is juggling in-person customers, online orders AND being the cashier. Sure, I don’t have to wait and I can take my business elsewhere, but why should I. This just bad owner/operator/manager scheduling. Just really disappointing. This worker deserves much more than I am sure she is getting.And after waiting 45 minutes in line…they tell me they are out of bread and it will be 30 minutes more. Someone needs to do better here…MANAGER! Please reach out to me..

16 customers standing in the line. The employee was working on online orders. The employee was so calm and slow at the same time. No apologies. No communication with customers waiting in the store. I have been waiting for 20 minutes while there were three people in front of me.

Okay, I wouldn’t normally rate a Subway restaurant, but this place was nice, had a cool modern vibe, and updated furniture. We were in town for a convention, and this place is right next to the convention center. I’ve never been in a nicer, cleaner Subway, and they had tuna, which you can’t find everywhere!

Vegetarian options: I always get the veggie delight. I grew up in Philly so I get provolone, oil, vinegar on the roll (before the rest; it's a cheese hoagie!) Then lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, sweet peppers, salt, pepper and oregano on Artisan Italian roll. Closest thing to a hoagie in Lancaster!
