Came at 6:10 after ordering through the app. The sign said open, but there were no employees inside, and the doors were locked. We knocked on the doors and called the establishment, but there is no answer no matter how we tried. We want our money back because we paid for it online and received nothing in return.

I recently visited a Subway restaurant in my local area and was served by Brian, who was the only staff member present. He was managing a significant volume of both in-person and online orders from DoorDash and Uber Eats, easily handling 15-20 orders simultaneously. I felt so concerned that I almost wanted to jump behind the counter and help him.It's disheartening to see that Brian has been working under these conditions for months. He not only deserves a substantial raise for his dedication and hard work but also urgently needs additional staff to support him. The quality of service and the customer experience would greatly improve with a better-staffed team. Subway management needs to address this issue promptly to support their hardworking employee and ensure a better dining experience for everyone.

Counter persons in the back talking with their mouthful they see you standing no acknowledgment no nothing and after sometime they tell me there is no bread ? I can either wait until it arrives or leave .

Ordered through the app at 6, came in at 6:30. The worker said it wouldn’t be ready until 7. I came in at 7, and he hadn’t even started the order. He was clearly VERY high and had a ton of people waiting for their orders. He had a customer locking the door because he wasn’t taking any other orders. Why is this place so poorly staffed? And why is management non existent in this place? Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a subway and that’s saying a lot.
