When I went, Brian was working, even though he was super exhausted, he always had a smile for his clients. I returned the next day as his services were excellent. Brian needs a raise because of his great work.

Ordered through the app at 6, came in at 6:30. The worker said it wouldn’t be ready until 7. I came in at 7, and he hadn’t even started the order. He was clearly VERY high and had a ton of people waiting for their orders. He had a customer locking the door because he wasn’t taking any other orders. Why is this place so poorly staffed? And why is management non existent in this place? Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a subway and that’s saying a lot.

The staff here seems poorly trained and very new. They're not efficient with preparing food. This location regularly closes early even though the hours posted show they should be open.

the customer service was great the girl who took my order gave me exactly what I wanted and gave me a recommendation on the type of bread I should get and it was amazing. I think her name was ashley. she makes the absolute bed sandwiches.

Ordered 2 footlongs through the app, walked in to pick my order, 1 footlong and one 6 inch... told the person behind counter and he said he knew which one he messed up and asked for the receipt to remake it, I get home and realized that my sandwich is the wrong bread and has literally nothing on it other than cheese and meat. What is going on here?

Theresa and her partner were well-skilled with having other people served with what they wanted, as well as myself. She had a positive attitude and I didn't see any signs of cross contamination between the food items or different customers meals. My ONLY ☹️ is NO more Sweet Peppers, but I figured the Sweet-onion-teriyaki combined with sweet onion sauce made up for their taste.Dietary restrictions: They have Jalapenos, Banana Peppers, but NO Sweet Peppers

The guy here was rude and rough. Such people will surely destroy the brand of Subway. I have never had a bad experience in Subway before this. Please teach this guy how to behave with customers. I was treated so bad that I will also report this to the Subway customer service.

My coworker went in to order for us. The guy working had a headphone in and was not being nice. I ordered a BLT on flatbread, toasted. They made a BMT on flatbread, didn’t inform me that the toaster wasn’t working till after it was made. Okay, fine. But there’s no bacon or tomato on it either? So it’s just the other two meats? Super unhappy. 0/10. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

The most despondent semi comatose “sandwich artist” I’ve had to deal with. And that’s with out much expectations as this is subway after all. His messy mop of hair kept us captivated with bated breath as the loose strand so eager to float down onto our subs dangled on his forehead . I couldn’t hear anything he said as he was literally whispering. He didn’t know the menu when I ordered a premade recipe from the board (or apparently know how to turn around to read it ) so we had to read it off the board for him.Then had to ask that he please wrap our completed subs while he at turtle speed moved onto another- so it wouldn’t be freezing cold by the time he finished.No smile. No thank you.I just can’t understand the total lack of any customer service whatsoever.

Food is normal subway, but the service is insanely slow. The last two times I have been to this location it has taken forever to get our subs. And our first order was quite incorrect.
