Very rude, my 8-year-old had to use the bathroom. I saw the sign 'restrooms only for customers, please ask for the key,' so I grabbed a drink and got in line to order a sandwich. Then, I asked the girl for the keys, and she made a comment, 'Oh, the bathrooms are out.' I said, 'Your sign doesn't say they're out.' She just gave me this stupid look and smirk.

Ordered two bacon chicken ranch subs with pickles. Mine was on a flatbread and it was toasted but wrapped like a burrito??? ? and instead of pickles they put jalapeños on mine and there was no ranch on either of the sandwiches. I ordered a pretzel and it was rock solid. All I have to say is, there is such a thing as being too high at work, and someone there definitely was to botch a simple order such as that. The subway looked dirty and when I walked in, everyone just stared and glared at me. Will not be using this subway again.

My boyfriend and I went in to order. He ordered at the counter and I chose to place a pick up because there is currently a promo code only available to use online. The lady working seemed extremely annoyed she had to assist us. I placed my order before he was done ordering and it was just us inside. Before he was done ordering, another woman walked in. The woman working asked me if she could help the lady who came in before making mine. I have worked in customer service for years and personally never would do that. But it’s just one order so I said “sure, that’s fine” during making this woman’s order, another woman walked in to order. The girl working stopped making my order and then helped the other woman out. We both sat waiting for my 2 subs for over a half hour while she helped other guests who came in after me. After that, I stood up and went back over to the counter because she began to help ANOTHER guest who arrived. It’s not like she forgot about my order, my two subs were sitting on the counter the entire time. Whenever I said “excuse me, are you going to make mine???” She rolled her eyes and claimed she could get in trouble?? For what?? Making a guests order who came in a half hour ago before the 2 other people you helped?? I find that to be extremely poor customer service between her attitude/slamming things around and her helping multiple other people while we are just sitting at a table waiting to eat lunch together. She also had my order marked as “ready for pick up” the entire time- sounds like a way to cheat the metrics to me. I usually am not a Karen, but come on. Do better man. Last time I eat Subway for awhile because I just do not have the patience to deal with shitty customer service and do not appreciate my time being wasted.

I was extremely frustrated with my experience at this Subway. I went to get subs with my friend but she wasn’t feeling well, so she stayed in the car. I had coupons which is the main reason we went and I went in to order for both of us while she rested. Upon trying to order, they let me know I could not use more than one coupon as a single customer even with two transactions. I explained that the second was for my friend who wasn’t feeling good and was waiting in the car, which even I can admit sounds like a lie. So I asked if they would honor it if she came up to the door and waved to prove she was there and the lady still would not let me use two coupons for the two orders.

I am not an unreasonable person, but it was ridiculous for them not to honor it because if she was feeling well enough she would’ve been in there ordering it on her own. They also said the sub I was originally going to get is only available for online orders, which makes absolute zero sense. Overall terrible experience and the customer service while dealing with the situation was very poor. The worker was not understanding whatsoever, just sassy and dismissive.

Drove 15 minutes there and back to pick up practically 2 pieces of bread LOL. Glad on the one at least they were generous with Lettuce, don’t break the bank guys!! I added a photo of what a turkey sandwich is advertised to look like as well just so everybody knows it’s not supposed to be a bucket of lettuce. Place sucks. Take your business ANYWHERE else I promise you. Worst subway in Lancaster. Called and asked for a refund and the MANAGER said to drive back with the sandwiches to prove they didn’t have meat on it??? Said he personally remembered making my sub correctly, really?? You make a hundred subs a day and you can promise your remember mine?? Some low life manager. I’m not driving 30 minutes for a few dollars back. Just eat anywhere else you guys!

My boyfriend and I are new to the area and unfortunately haven’t had the time to scope out a new favorite Subway location. This was the first one we decided to try since moving here, and we can say with certainty that this location is ABSOLUTELY NOT the one. We ordered online, and upon getting home with our order, we realized there was maybe 3 pieces of meat on one of our sandwiches, and the other one was almost entirely lettuce. We aren’t the type of people to leave bad reviews, and so we called the manager to see if we could work out a refund or credit situation. He was extremely rude to us, denied any responsibility, and refused to take accountability for the “sandwiches” he sold us. If all we wanted was bread, we probably would’ve just went to a bakery. VERY disappointed and we will be taking our business to literally any other Subway. Save your time, your appetite, and your money!

I’m guessing this location is under new ownership because my visit was horrible. Nobody seemed to know how a subway is run. I ordered a foot long roast beef and he didn’t put enough on for a six inch. The meat ball sub always had 4 meatballs and they only put on 3. When he asked what else I wanted on it I asked for the normal amount of meat and he refused claiming that is what you get. I simply refused the order and left. Went to another subway and the sandwich’s were properly made as usual. Cheating customers is no way to keep your doors open.

Female presenting employee didn't seem to know what was going on. Male employee was polite and helpful. Ordered a meatball sub, toasted. Meatballs were still cold and bread was barely warm. Cheese was only a little melted.

I wasn’t greeted by the lady she just stop sweeping and stared at me, I order a soft pretzel and a sandwich by the time I ate my sandwich the pretzel was hard as a brick, I took it back and was told I had needed to eat it right away because that’s what happens if I don’t, WHAT!!! and they can’t refund me, this is ridiculous I work hard for my money I’ve never had this happen I have order the pretzel never did it get hard after 30m that’s why it’s called a soft pretzel, they where rude and didn’t wanna fix my the problem
