The new management really skimps on the ingredients. Worst Subway I've been to. Eat somewhere else.

Good customer service at this location. Staff is extremely friendly and catered to my needs. The owners are very nice and and put in a full effort to provide their customers with an excellent experience.

I had been to this establishment before and the service and food quality were excellent... but unfortunately they changed management and staff and I received the worst service... with a very discouraged attitude regarding attention and to top it off they wouldn't let me use the discount coupon since they blocked it so I couldn't use it. And when it came time to eat our order, our surprise was that there was only one portion of meat and there should have been two since it was the footlong... so they practically gave us salad in bread... totally disappointed, I will not return to this place.

I have to say I'm pretty disappointed in the service I received today 6/30/2025 5:20pm. My family and I walked in and was not acknowledged at all. After deciding what we wanted, we proceeded to give the lady a coupon and it was instantly rejected as she said they don't accept them. We then left and ordered online with the coupon code and it was accepted... So I'm assuming she needs trained or is just lazy.

The young girls running the store were truly disrespectful! Rushing me and they weren’t even busy and then when I ask for extra pickles you’re gonna put 3 more? I paid almost 18.00 and honestly I could have gotten better service and more food at Burger King! Mind you I work at a papa John’s in that same shopping center and have never been that rude to customers! I don’t think that young teens should be running a subway by themselves!

If I could give this place zero stars I would.
The service was horrible, they are serving old lettuce. The lettuce was brown and and they are telling customers that it was freshly made. I asked for my Teriyaki Chicken “6 inch sub to be toasted before adding the toppings and it wasn’t. I went back and ask for him to make me a new sandwich he procceded to dissected my sandwich and tell me the protein is good and he’s going to put it in the oven. If he would do that my topping would be burnt. I was no happy with that. It’s not until my friend said ask for your money back that’s when he decided to make me a new sandwich. He was very rude to her as well. He said “I’m not talking to you”. Horrible customer service. Old food.

Very rude, my 8-year-old had to use the bathroom. I saw the sign 'restrooms only for customers, please ask for the key,' so I grabbed a drink and got in line to order a sandwich. Then, I asked the girl for the keys, and she made a comment, 'Oh, the bathrooms are out.' I said, 'Your sign doesn't say they're out.' She just gave me this stupid look and smirk.

Ordered two bacon chicken ranch subs with pickles. Mine was on a flatbread and it was toasted but wrapped like a burrito??? ? and instead of pickles they put jalapeños on mine and there was no ranch on either of the sandwiches. I ordered a pretzel and it was rock solid. All I have to say is, there is such a thing as being too high at work, and someone there definitely was to botch a simple order such as that. The subway looked dirty and when I walked in, everyone just stared and glared at me. Will not be using this subway again.

My boyfriend and I went in to order. He ordered at the counter and I chose to place a pick up because there is currently a promo code only available to use online. The lady working seemed extremely annoyed she had to assist us. I placed my order before he was done ordering and it was just us inside. Before he was done ordering, another woman walked in. The woman working asked me if she could help the lady who came in before making mine. I have worked in customer service for years and personally never would do that. But it’s just one order so I said “sure, that’s fine” during making this woman’s order, another woman walked in to order. The girl working stopped making my order and then helped the other woman out. We both sat waiting for my 2 subs for over a half hour while she helped other guests who came in after me. After that, I stood up and went back over to the counter because she began to help ANOTHER guest who arrived. It’s not like she forgot about my order, my two subs were sitting on the counter the entire time. Whenever I said “excuse me, are you going to make mine???” She rolled her eyes and claimed she could get in trouble?? For what?? Making a guests order who came in a half hour ago before the 2 other people you helped?? I find that to be extremely poor customer service between her attitude/slamming things around and her helping multiple other people while we are just sitting at a table waiting to eat lunch together. She also had my order marked as “ready for pick up” the entire time- sounds like a way to cheat the metrics to me. I usually am not a Karen, but come on. Do better man. Last time I eat Subway for awhile because I just do not have the patience to deal with shitty customer service and do not appreciate my time being wasted.

I was extremely frustrated with my experience at this Subway. I went to get subs with my friend but she wasn’t feeling well, so she stayed in the car. I had coupons which is the main reason we went and I went in to order for both of us while she rested. Upon trying to order, they let me know I could not use more than one coupon as a single customer even with two transactions. I explained that the second was for my friend who wasn’t feeling good and was waiting in the car, which even I can admit sounds like a lie. So I asked if they would honor it if she came up to the door and waved to prove she was there and the lady still would not let me use two coupons for the two orders.
I am not an unreasonable person, but it was ridiculous for them not to honor it because if she was feeling well enough she would’ve been in there ordering it on her own. They also said the sub I was originally going to get is only available for online orders, which makes absolute zero sense. Overall terrible experience and the customer service while dealing with the situation was very poor. The worker was not understanding whatsoever, just sassy and dismissive.

Drove 15 minutes there and back to pick up practically 2 pieces of bread LOL. Glad on the one at least they were generous with Lettuce, don’t break the bank guys!! I added a photo of what a turkey sandwich is advertised to look like as well just so everybody knows it’s not supposed to be a bucket of lettuce. Place sucks. Take your business ANYWHERE else I promise you. Worst subway in Lancaster. Called and asked for a refund and the MANAGER said to drive back with the sandwiches to prove they didn’t have meat on it??? Said he personally remembered making my sub correctly, really?? You make a hundred subs a day and you can promise your remember mine?? Some low life manager. I’m not driving 30 minutes for a few dollars back. Just eat anywhere else you guys!
