My recent visit to Subway in Lititz Pike left me with mixed feelings. While the overall experience was average, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the service was a little slow. Our server seemed overwhelmed and took longer than expected to fulfill our order.The food was ok and I could notice a more than-optimal quality ingredients.The staff was polite and accommodating. My service was great. The only thing was they were very busy and didn't have much help. Seems like new generation of upcoming adults are left alone to figure everything out on their own. Great job for taking care of the amount of people that evening with great customer service!
