I'm writing to complain about my recent experience. I tried to use a coupon for a promotion, but they wouldn't accept it. I'm really upset because other Subway stores accept coupons, so why not this one?First, they stopped the "buy one get one free footlongs" deal, which was disappointing. But today, when I tried to use a coupon, they refused to accept any of it. When I asked why, the cashier said the owner told them not to accept any coupons. That doesn't make sense to me.I want to know why this location doesn't accept coupons when others do. It's frustrating as a customer to see such inconsistency. Can you please look into this and let me know why this is happening?

I used to have this place rated with 4 stars. I enjoyed it. that was two years ago. Today, I tried again. I was extremely disappointed. I had high hopes entering because it looked pretty new, and I was excited to try it out. When I walked in, it looked great. Very clean. Although, once I started ordering, the lady that was assisting me lacked positivity and enthusiasm. I ordered a chicken and bacon flatbreat. but when I asked for it to be toasted, I was flabbergasted. I was told that the bread was made thinner than it was before and couldn't be toasted more than ten seconds. I was absolutely disappointed as I typically get my sandwich double or sometimes even triple toasted. When I ate the sandwich, it was cold and felt very light. Felt like less food. I'm typically struggling to eat the last bite, but this time, I found myself still able to eat more afterward. And only to add to the experience there was a fat fly that was flying around us.

wanted only bread toasted tried to call store 3 times didn't answer then answered 4th time and said they couldn't just toast bread and cheese cause it was already done but i called as soon as order was done and the manager had a attitude soon as she came on the phone , said " it's already been toasted can't change it without even letting me speak.

I bought a lg & sm sub they were terrible & we won't be back. They use to be better. The meat was paper thin & I couldn't even taste it. My husband said his had an odd taste! For $17 it was a rip off!

This is one of the worst subways that I’ve been too. How are you going to turn away a costumer cuz you’re too lazy to do your job. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Subway and not only had a fabulous salad but was thoroughly entertained with the staff. What great people!
Vegetarian options: So many options, even with the delivery challenges.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I stopped here on our way to see the Christmas spirit light show in lancaster. We got subs and ended up feeling sick a hour later. I ended up spending the night vomiting and my husband said his stomach was upset that night. His currently spending today vomiting and having diarrhea. Im pretty sure it was the mayonnaise that was bad. Never eating here again!

Barely put any toppings on my sub and claimed there’s a “vegetable availability shortage” when I asked for a normal amount of lettuce. Maybe they should charge less since they are having “produce issues” that no other store seems to have. Seems like a case of the owner being cheap (also a notice about no coupons being accepted)
