I walked in and I was the only person in the store I wasn’t ready to order yet so I told him to give me a second,by the time we start my order now someone walks in and sandwich just got out the over and he pushed my sandwich to the side I was on break and only had little time I felt it was unfair that he took the guy first without asking me.I assume the person was a regular customer but that is not fair to other paying customers. Angel was the person at the cashier.

Was refused service for having a service dog with me. When I explained that my dog was a service dog despite the label being clearly visible they said the store policy was to not serve anyone with animals including service animals. This was the night of 2/18/25 seemed like there was only one person working the whole store..... As there was no one else to take my complaint to on the premise 8 took my business to their competitor. I wanted a sandwich after all.

I recently had Subway delivered and was really disappointed. The sandwiches I got were way too salty and just thrown together messily. On top of that, even though I paid extra for more meat and cheese, the sandwiches didn’t have any of it. It's frustrating to see how much Subway’s quality has gone down compared to other places. It's just not worth the extra money when you don’t get what you’re paying for. What a letdown.

Use to frequent the place. Now not so much. Employee turnover is outrageous, always changing. Now the meat portion has decreased tremendously. I always get #20 and I'm getting less and less chicken every time.

fresher ingredients. ordered a chicken salad wrap today. they make the chicken salad "to order" behind a stainless steel hood, so you can't see what they are doing. it tasted like they used old leftover chicken to make this. would not recommend ordering this. I will not be going to Subway anymore.

I placed an online order at 3:09pm with my app. The order was to be ready by 3:25. I arrived at the store to see one woman working there. One woman to make all those sandwiches for the 20 people in the store at that time. No other employees around. I'm not blaming this on that woman but to management. My order wasnt ready until 4 pm. You need to have 3 people behind that counter at all times during business hours. Can't find people to work? Pay them more! Stop being greedy. As for the woman who made my sandwich it was perfect 👌 thank you.

I went in like 3 months ago and my service was slow and the place was dirty but I was at giant and I decided to go back because I was hungry and I was greated as I walked in the door and I had great conversation with the new manger (Christine) she was very nice she made my food perfect and my overall experience was amazing I will definitely come back

I ordered a cheesesteak it was cold they never heated the meat and I ask for the flatbread toasted and he said no. At least the meat would have been heated up. Awful !!

I came into the store 18 minutes before closing. The lady asked how many sandwiches I will be ordering. I told her and she said no, we closing in 10 minutes. Bad service, denied my support and money. I will NEVER purchase anything from this location.

The Guy that took my sandwich order was very rude I usually don't go in myself so I wasn't familiar with the ordering process, he was very ignorant with explaining where I need to stand and how I need to order!! He was wearing short shorts and was wearing a hat! I was nice to him but next time I won't be!!
