I’ve enjoyed the Lancaster Sugar Bowl since the mid 1990s, the facility is always clean, including the restrooms. I called in a to-go order, and it was ready within the specified timeframe. I ordered a ham & cheese sub, gyro, medium pizza, steak & mushroom sub, and cheeseburger sub. The food was conveniently wrapped to carry out. The price was very reasonable and the server friendly/helpful, a very good experience. The food was very good. I enjoyed a slice of pizza, cheesy, thin crisp crust and excellent flavor. The ham sub, is the very best I’ve enjoyed over the years. My wife had half of the ham and cheese sub, she always orders this sub, as it is her favorite, I ate the gyro, very good flavor and a creamy tzikiki sauce. Most enjoyable. Our guest enjoyed her steak and mushroom sub, she graciously allowed me to slice off a one inch length, so I could have a taste. Very nice indeed. I saved the cheeseburger sub for the next day, it was, as always, outstanding! The pizza disappeared over the next two days, only two adults to consume this wonderful food. I can testify to the consistent quality of the food, as we’ve been customers for many years.

The Italian sandwich was amazing. Real Italian meats and not just cooked salami and bologna. The fries were hot and crispy. The service great. Able to order at the counter and it was brought to our table.

i just went here for the first time. i will definitely be back again. their menu is huge and their prices are fair for the amount of food you get. i got a blt, and it was stuffed. i also got a half order of fries but with the amount they gave me it easily could've been a full order. the blt had crispy bacon, fresh produce, the perf amount of mayo and toasted bread. it was one of the best blts i ever had anywhere. the fries were hot and fresh. nothing was overly greasy so i didn't feel sick afterwards at all like some other places leave me feeling. i left feeling comfortably full. they also have a great selection of bottled drinks. my entire meal was only $10, whereas some other restaurants would charge me that just for the sandwich. the atmosphere was also comfy. it was giving roller rink party room vibes but cleaner and more sophisticated if that makes any sense. the person who took our order was very sweet and even though there was a table of napkins and condiments near us she took the time to bring us a stack of napkins and a bottle of ketchup herself. so overall everything about this place is great, i have no complaints, and i will for sure be back soon to try their other menu items. <3

Leagues better than the pizza places near me, had a bacon cheeseburger and cheeseburger sub. Got an impromptu meatball sub bc their sub bread was sublime and I've been wanting a good meatball sub but have been disappointed too many times.
