Yummy food and toppings. Quick service. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because the uno cards provided were very sticky/dirty looking but my 10 year old enjoyed playing uno while eating his frozen yogurt

went here at 6:30pm on sunday and they were out of hot fudge, cookie dough, marshmallow syrup and gummy bears. i drove all the way from ephrata and i am highly disappointed.

They have so many delicious flavors! My new favorite frozen yogurt spot for sure. Suggestions : try the churro, biscoff, cookies and cream

Flavors were a little fake tasting

I’ll start with the good first! The ice cream machines seem to be well kept, the topping bar area also looks well kept. The frozen yogurt was delicious and there was so many good options all around.

Con: The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Instead of the workers filming tik toks they should be deep cleaning the bathroom. Also the step stool for children looks absolutely disgusting and needs a deep clean as well. Also upon my arrival I asked for them to restock the sample cups as there were some flavors I wanted to try the young lady helping me seemed hesitant and said she needed to ask permission? How odd!? Also the staff seemed more into conversing with each other and bothered when a customer interrupted their conversation.

All in all I felt 50/50 about this place it was cute and delicious but on the other hand it needs a deep clean and better customer service.

All the extras

My yogurt and toppings tasted great. The price per ounce will make my visits few and far between. I also missed having Oreo crumbs on this day. But overall a good experience. There are simply more affordable and great tasting treats out there like Costco ice cream.

While visiting family in Lancaster, Pa I dropped in to Sweet Frog on the Lititz Pike for a treat.
Have to say I was very happy with my choice and extremely happy with the service I received from a tall young blond lady who went out of her way to explain the process and make sure my guests and I enjoyed our visit. That kind of customer service is really nice to see in today’s world! 👏🏻

My absolute favorite place to go when I am in Lancaster! Last time I was there my family was greeted with amazing kindness, and top notch customer service. I wish I would have gotten her name…but the tall blonde young lady was an absolute doll to my three boys & made our experience so much fun!

My daughter who is pretty picky loves going here.

me and my friend were out to get a sweet treat. We walked in at 8:40 PM, 20 minutes before closing, and the workers were already cleaning up everything but as we were getting our frozen yogurt, they were gossiping, not only abt how their day went, but about me and my friend being there before they closed. before I could take my card out of the machine, I was being rushed to leave the building. Then at 8:50 PM they closed and lock their doors, not making it accessible to the public, even though it specifically states they close at 9 PM. Thats 10 minutes of business they could have been open for, but more than three customers tried to go in when they were “closed”, but they were denied service. the tall blonde lady wearing all black was the most unfriendly, making the most inconsiderate comments. I would still come here, but be cautious!!
