My yogurt and toppings tasted great. The price per ounce will make my visits few and far between. I also missed having Oreo crumbs on this day. But overall a good experience. There are simply more affordable and great tasting treats out there like Costco ice cream.

While visiting family in Lancaster, Pa I dropped in to Sweet Frog on the Lititz Pike for a treat.
Have to say I was very happy with my choice and extremely happy with the service I received from a tall young blond lady who went out of her way to explain the process and make sure my guests and I enjoyed our visit. That kind of customer service is really nice to see in today’s world! 👏🏻

My absolute favorite place to go when I am in Lancaster! Last time I was there my family was greeted with amazing kindness, and top notch customer service. I wish I would have gotten her name…but the tall blonde young lady was an absolute doll to my three boys & made our experience so much fun!

me and my friend were out to get a sweet treat. We walked in at 8:40 PM, 20 minutes before closing, and the workers were already cleaning up everything but as we were getting our frozen yogurt, they were gossiping, not only abt how their day went, but about me and my friend being there before they closed. before I could take my card out of the machine, I was being rushed to leave the building. Then at 8:50 PM they closed and lock their doors, not making it accessible to the public, even though it specifically states they close at 9 PM. Thats 10 minutes of business they could have been open for, but more than three customers tried to go in when they were “closed”, but they were denied service. the tall blonde lady wearing all black was the most unfriendly, making the most inconsiderate comments. I would still come here, but be cautious!!

The best flavors of yogurt gluten free. Many toppings to choose from. Taste really good on a hot evening

We love this place! Always busy when we go but the service is always friendly, the place is always clean, and the decor is very positive and motivational.

Clean, fresh toppings. Lots of flavors including 1 sugar free.

We brought our grandkids for a special treat. They can pull the lever for the ice cream and choose their own toppings. There really aren’t a lot of ice cream flavor choices. They charge by weight so it was expensive, costing about $32 for the 4 of us. We will not go back.

The staff was so extremely kind, especially considering we sat on the chairs outside till closing. They have many varieties of flavors; my favorite is the mango Dole whip, the other Dole whips were disappointing in my opinion.

If you have food allergies, do not go here. My 6 year old son is very allergic to wheat and experienced an allergic reaction to a wrongly labeled yogurt flavor...cake batter and peanut butter. When I asked one of the staff workers if cake batter had wheat in it, which I figured it might, she said 'no' but the peanut butter has wheat in it. However, on the nutrition poster, I checked and it read that cake batter has wheat and peanut butter does not. Regardless, neither of those yogurt flavors were marked with a wheat allergy and my son had a very bad reaction as a result...crying, screaming and writhing in pain until he fell asleep that night. This was an avoidable mistake. What's worse is that when we talked with them about this, the girl did not respond well with regard to their mistake and assurance that they would fix it. This particular sweat frog is a liability waiting to happen. You guys really need to fix this because people can seriously die from food allergies, or you can make somebody's life very miserable because of an avoidable mistake. They have great yogurt, but it doesn't matter then they are managed that poorly. To the Sweet Frog owner/manager, please fix this and train your staff responsibly.

Small place but lots of choices for flavors and toppings. Gets busy in afternoon.

I drove 35 minutes out of my way for them not to have cake batter flavor literally after calling to see if they had it before I took the drive. Very disappointing
