The most authentic Chinese food in the area. Service is very good. Wish the menu was less heavy on the fried options but oh well. Portions are generous and the leftovers usually feeds us for at least another day which makes it a great value for your buck. Will keep supporting them and hope they stick around for a long time.

We had the soup dumplings and the wonton soup. Both were very good. Excited to try more from their menu.

This Restaurant just FAILED PA inspection. Read Lancaster Restaurant inspection of Yi Pin ... I'm appalled.
We ordered tomato egg soup and what we received was a pale tasteless liquid which had no tomato flavor for sure and the egg drop looked gross! Not chunks but a broken mess as seen in the pic. This is the third time that this happened. We explained the issue over and over to the kid who runs the billing counter but our concern was never resolved! There should be someone who understands customer and thier concerns and deliver that. Right now this restaurant seriously needs someone who can understand and communicate with the customers! Disappointed and hope this gets resolved.

Keeping live frogs penned up in your restaurant is ridiculous! Just read all of the Lancaster restaurant inspections and deficiencies for preparing food! I think
it should be recommended that nobody come to this restaurant until it's thoroughly cleaned and frogs taken to a pet store!
Live frogs kept in their fridge/freezer Please do not allow this inhuman practices of animals , they need to be shut down now. They are harming live animals Shut them down. Also, several violations
Waiting for such a long time to have a dinner, such a awful experience🥲, unbelievable

I have been here a number of times. But my recent visit was very disappointing. The cook must be different. The authenticity and delicacy were no more. The owner sold me a very expensive seasonal dish, but only mediocre. Off my list.

Authentic- food and service alike.
Above average food.
Very reasonable prices.
Service was ok except for bringing all the food at once unlike what we had asked them to.
Good experience, overall! Will return!

After watching Daniel at Sight & Sound Theater, we searched for a top-rated Chinese restaurant and found Yipin. As picky eaters who enjoy spicy food, we were impressed. The staff treated us like family, and the dishes were delicious. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. Highly recommended for those who love spicy Chinese cuisine or simply want a friendly dining experience.
