I ordered food from this restaurant from uber eats .. and one item was missing and when I complained to uber eats.. the told me to contact the store … and the lady on the phone with me was kind of good but didn’t resolve my issue.. i recommend u stay away from this restaurant.. unless you have enough money to let a 40$ order go to trash …. EDIT - I ordered veggie bowl and they sent meat in my order

I ordered some food on Doordash from this store. Through no fault of their own, a dasher was not assigned to the order for over 40 min, and I decided to cancel my order. Unfortunately, because the food was already made, I was not able to get a full refund. I called and asked if I could come pick up my order, and they said yes. When I got there, they did not have my order and told me that Doordash should have given me a full refund despite me saying they did not. They did not offer to refund the rest of my money or remake my order and quickly moved on without me able to give any more input. I am, of course, furious about essentially getting robbed of my money. 0/10

food is never made properly or something is always missing. their service is the worst i have ever experienced, theyre rude and vicious for no reason. (seems like all the workers are just sad in life.) the atmosphere is always hostile, no need for that in a fast food place. do not recommend, do not visit, do not waste ur time or money here.

I ordered a crispy chicken cantina, got a soft chicken cantina. I went back through the drive through to kindly correct my order, and received a smushed taco. As if someone had crushed it with their hands. No way that worker could’ve wrapped it had it been like that when they prepared it. He smushed my taco out of pettiness, because I asked to correct my order. Gave the soft taco to my friend, and the vegetables tasted fermented. Left a weird taste in her mouth.

every time i come here late night something is wrong with my order, the people on line cannot lock in
Nearly every single time I come to the drive-in at this location there’s something wrong with my order. Last time I ordered the chicken chalupa cantina combo and there was no chalupa at all! Then at the end I asked for some mild taco sauce and the clerk grabbed so much sauce he had to scoop it up with two hands. He dumped it into my hands while giving me a kind of quit-bothering-me look . This sort of thing has happened with multiple clerks many times… i don’t get it.

If I could put 0 I would. I did drive through and drove home and they forgot some of our tacos and our crunch wrap didn't have any meat in it. Other small tacos were drenched and soggy. Absolutely disgusting flavor. Will not go again and suggest that you do not either, or at least, this particularly bad location.
