Place has gone down hill very fast! EVERYTIME I go I never get my whole order, staff is always rushy and they throw everything in the bag and something’s out of the wrapper…. It’s ridiculous and you know it’s bad when a food service employee herself has to write a review!!

Manager or supervisor tossing finished food onto the counter and being rude to an employee going on break. Completely unnecessary, this is Taco Bell, not fine dining. Otherwise, food was good and all other employees encountered were kind. Order came out right.

The girl that I assume that was in charge during the shift was very rude and had an attitude she was also on a phone call we came in to pick up an order and she gave us one then told us to loop around to get the other even though they wasn’t busy at all and there was no cars behind us then when she came out to give us the second order she nearly almost drop the food i understand if they were busy but there wasn’t no rush at all and we were the only car there (if you don’t know how to do customer services then you shouldn’t be working in a place that need to have that skill) NEVER AGAIN !!!

Monday, Dec 2, 11:25 pm i call and they tell me they’re open and to come on in, not even 5 mins later (not exaggerating) i showed up and they tell me they’re closed. Literally just lied and wasted my time and gas. they are literally supposed to close at 12pm

They didn't even roll the soft taco's correctly, and I actually wanted hard taco's was horrible, soggy lettuce meat only on one side just terrible, but the strawberry freeze was banging ?

I don't know how anyone can actually eat food at this restaurant, it's filthy, and so are the employees. When I decided I wasn't going to order food I used the restrooms instead. No soap was available to me to wash my hands. Someone had opened up the soap dispenser and every drop of soap had been squeeze out of the container. How are the employees washing their hands? Disgusting.
I got my Taco Bell. I came home and my chicken quesadilla was not in the back. I called Taco Bell and I spoke to you some lady, and she was very mean and disrespectful. When I repeatedly told her the problem she kept on repeating what she wanted to say, but what she wanted to say was not right and when I tried to, and then she hung up on me and when I tried to call back no one answered.
The store is filty, Employees standing around talking doing nothing. Management make a cleaning list. Assign to employees task to get this place cleaned up.

I went to this taco bell yesterday at 10pm on 9/30/2024. Everyone else was super nice expect the one female that has blue hair. She was very rude to me and my fiancé and then after when she was done making the food she put it in a bag and dropped it like it wasn’t somebodies food that was. payed for. She did this to other orders as well. People that were in drive through waiting for there food she did the exact same thing. She was just really rude. Extremely rude. Next time I want to talk to a manager. Or she needs to learn customer service.
