Good place around Amish village for Indian food.

This restaurant lacks management and transparency. We were there last weekend. After getting seated, and waiting for 45 mins when we asked for order status, we were told to wait for another 40 mins. There was no guarantee that we would have got food anytime soon as people sitting before us were also not getting food served. If you are backlogged, people expect basic courtesy that you will notify them before hand on expected wait time. I will recommend people to avoid this place.

Very wonderful food and staff, despite customers being rude to them about long waits for food on a holiday!

Food was fantastic. Great start to AAPI month! It's BYOB now..They are going to open next door and serve momo, street food and event space.

I came for the buffet. The food was good but where they were lacking is the options. There were very few. I'd recommend adding an additional meat option such as butter chicken. I'd also recommend adding something like chai tea or/and mango juice to the buffet.

As far as the service, I felt it took a long time to bring out fresh food. Which actually caused me to stay longer. Which as a restaurant they want quick turn arounds. The naan was basically empty the instant it was brought out. One of the rice desserts was empty my entire time there.

The food was good but with some improvements this spot could do very well. The price was also fair. It only cost me $15 when I went.

My family and I come here regularly from across the river. I'm from the UK originally where Indian food is very popular. This is the only indian resteraunt around that lives up to the standard that I'm used to in the UK. They adore my 8 month old baby, and tonight they even made a special rice dish just for her. If you go, I recommend the samosas for starters. We always get Bombay aloo on the side for us to share. I love the chicken Tikka massala and my husband loves the biriani dishes. And a mango lassi to drink! 5 stars.

One of my favorite dates is just enjoying their Monday night sampler buffet then going for a walk in the Asian market. This was one of the first places my husband introduced me to Indian food and I still can never get enough.

Best Indian food I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled to some many places and alway try other Indian restaurants and none of them ever live up to the authenticity of Taj! I’ve been coming to the TM since I was a kid. You can never go wrong with their korma and/or mango chicken! Naan bread is always so fresh and soft. If you’re thinking of trying this place—you won’t be disappointed

The food is delicious, but in the last four or five orders of takeout I've done, inevitably they forget to give me something I've ordered. Sometimes it's the sides they forget, or a lassi, or most recently the order of naan.

I can get over it happening once or twice, but this has become a habit now that I'm really disappointed by. Part of it because obviously I've paid for these items, but the other part is like... Now I've gotta eat this meal without naan? Come on 😭 Taj mahal was my go-to favorite and now I don't want to order takeout anymore since they won't give me my full order.
