Never again!! Placed an order December 18, 2025. No updates no communication after several attempts. Cookies were shipped out January 10, 2026. Once received the paperwork had a bake date of December 31, 2025. Cookies were stale of course and they refuse to issue a refund. Never Again. I will order from Crumble.

Incredible cookies. Sugar is my favorite, perfect combo of crunchy and chewy and plenty of icing. If you need more icing just ask for more and they will help you out!

I purchased 2 dozen cookies during black Friday. I had read the mixed reviews before. When my cookies arrived, I found several that were smashed. When you pay $90 a dozen you expect it to come pretty. Secondly, I'd say only about half of the flavors were good. Several were either super dry/hallow or they tasted like uncooked ingredients or chemical tasting. Definitely not fresh ingredients. As a home baker, I found the cookies to not be worth buying. I will not purchase again.

Their vegan selection is very limited. I would call ahead before just stopping in. Their cookies are fine I just think there are better options in the area.

First time ordering, and the last time. I spent almost $80 with shipping on a dozen cookies. I am a retired baker, and I would never have sold my cookies if they looked and tasted like these. When delivered, everything was melted, chocolate, pb and jam-liquified, powder sugar melted. We tried four different cookies. They all tasted the same, but the chocolate krinkle tasted like spoiled fruit. Two packages were not sealed, so they went in the trash. The rest are out for the birds and squirrels. So very disappointed!!

I was super excited to find out my husband had purchased from Taylor Chip. He ordered the ‘Bundle-Dozen Choose-Your-Own,’ but unfortunately, we only received 11. He also paid for express shipping, but the package didn’t arrive at the date expected. The cookies weren’t bad… but $71 for what should have been 12 cookies should have tasted better.

I needed half of dozen of brookies but they only had 4 brookies left. I went in around 1pm. I was a little disappointed. 😔
STALE COOKIES! Do NOT Buy!!! baked on 12/1 and NOT shipped until 12/7…. 7 days later arrived on the 12/8 end of day, 8th day hard as rocks! For a $300 order im finally DONE buying from this company they don’t even send 6 orders like i paid for the shoved them all in 3 boxes and I wasn’t able to gift them to the 6 businesses they were bought for! Company likes to ignore emails! Bye bye Taylor chip there are far better companies to buy from.

Just not the same company any more. My wife ordered cookies via the website as they were running a special. The cookies arrived in a padded envelope in individual sealed bags, evidently they ran out of boxes 🤔. The cookies were dry and numerous cookies were broken. After a few previous mediocre experiences we decided it wasn't worth contacting Taylor Chip as we felt there was a trend not just an isolated bad experience. Yes they are BIG cookies but evidently BIG doesn't mean good anymore. I'm sure a new customer will be in awe of the size of the cookies but the price and quality just doesn't make it a great product. Maybe they'll use the big PA Business Grant Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) provided them with towards improving things. They're plenty of great local bakeries we will continue to support but we will no longer be supporting Taylor Chip as a customers.

I was craving a good cookie while traveling so I came across this place. These cookies are huge(see attached picture). I got a sugar and PB cookies. The prices were comparable to a a Crumble cookie. These taste better though.

My sister picked up a 6 pack of cookies last weekend. I just wanted a plain chocolate chip. I took a bite of the chocolate chip and it tasted like bannana. So much so that I thought I was eating someone else's. The chocolate chip cookies were disgusting, we got three of them, and they were all equally disgusting. Such a waste of money.
