Their cookies are so delicious! We get them for every persons birthday at our house!!
What even is this? A gluten free brookie that looks and tastes like a hockey puck. My sister picked this up for me and I am so disappointed. Is anyone taste testing this product? Quality has gone WAY down hill since they started expanding. Very disappointing for how expensive these cookies are. I used to buy cookies from them all of the time but never again. I can't believe they would sell these based off of how they look and taste.
The most heavenly cookies anywhere! Prove me wrong! I dare ya!!! Run, don’t walk to score a pumpkin spice cookie! OMG! Salted caramel pretzel cookie is to die for! The staff is as sweet as the cookies!!!
Going away to the ren faire with friends (or really anything in the Lancaster area)? Want your wife, who may have a sweet tooth, to think it is a good idea next time you go? Don't come home without cookies from Taylor Chip! Then surprise her for valentine's day with cookies delivered to your house, and boom a hero is born.🤣
Going in person to get them fresh off the cookie is the best! Gooey goodness!
I purchase 6 cookies, 2 pumpkin, cinnamon bun, brookie, choco chip biscuit n pb fudge.
I come every year just for the pumpkin cookie. I was disappointed this year that it did not have the normal icing on it, and that the icing was on the cookie already as well. In years past the icing is fresh on cookie when I have purchased it. The icing tasted more like the icing from the cinnamon bun.
The pb fudge was stale.
The other cookies were very good!
My cookie was not as good as it normally is and at $4.99 a cookie this shouldn’t be the case… disappointed!!
My husband was working near here and thought to surprise us with a dessert of cookies one day this week. First of all, I cannot believe what he paid for cookies, but then to taste how utterly awful these were is just insult to that injury. My two little cookie loving monsters didn’t like their cookies and wouldn’t eat them! I was eager to try my lava cookie but how disappointed was I that this volcano was not active. lol, what I mean is it tasted like a lump of baked cocoa powder and flour. Not good, not worth the price or calories.
I live almost 40 minutes away from Taylor Chip and I still try to drive out to Lancaster because I love their cookies. The best one I’ve had is the chocolate lava cake, it’s the best cookie I’ve ever tried.
Always the freshest cookies mo matter what time you visit. Always greeted when you enter.

Wonderful! The cookies were a hit, staff was super friendly.
Service was good. Cookies were great.
Never got cookies , snow plow knocked over mail box , didn't get notice, truck is broken, hard to get to post office .
Taylor Chip cookies are way better than crumbl cookies. Better taste and ingredients.
Cookies are pretty good but on the pricey side, even for the size. The curbside pickup is nice but the staff didn't get our text notification so we had to come inside the store anyway. They were very helpful, though. Plenty of parking.
