THE place to go in Lancaster. 3 floors of pure exploration. Easy to connect with people, staff is fabulous.
My parents drove 45 minutes to come here just to be denied at 1:02 AM by some girl at the front that said she couldn’t get the manager. They are literally 74 years old and just wanted to have a good time And this girl prevented them from entering. If that’s the policy why isn’t it bold and clear on the website? The staff here are on a power trip and just look to start arguments. Had a bouncer put his finger in my face over spilt beer that I was cleaning up. Smashed a glass on my friends husband's wrist. Very aggressive for no reason. Also witnessed same bouncer gripping an older gentleman up after we were leaving. Never in my life have I ever witnessed such behavior ANYWHERE.
