Tellus is definitely a must-visit place in Lancaster City. The rooftop is beautiful and so nice to relax on during the day. At night, say around 9:30, it turns into the place where pretty much everyone under 35 goes. It gets crowded and loud, but its a bar, so what else would you expect? I wish the people behind the whiskey bar knew... anything... about whiskey, but the live music and events are always a blast.
Tellus is a popular place. Often when a place is that popular, the service suffers. The half dozen or so times that I've been to Tellus, that has NOT been the case.
I've gone at various times - Sunday afternoon, Friday night, etc. Each time, staff has been friendly, the food has been great, and the drinks have been awesome. The most recent time I went was just the other week when the Melvins were playing. I'd never gone to Tellus for a concert...

This was my first time here with my friends and overall super cool vibe. The only problem is the DJ just wasn't that good and the music was way too loud like even for being in a club we had to full scream into each other's ears
