Went there on 9/30/25, service could have been better, forgot to bring salad that was terrible, definitely not a good salad, prime rib didn’t taste good, the seasoning over powered the prime rib . Very disappointed

It's too loud here but the it's great food. Hard to eat with kids. The food takes too long to come out for them.

Salmon ordered was way to salty. Ribeye ordered medium came out rare. Sent back. 10 minutes later manager brought it back and it wasn’t any different told her it was fine because everyone else was done eating and just wanted to leave. She said ok. No offer to comp. Our bill

Order steaks medium, which are supposed to be pink. Received them rare, bleeding when cut into. Waitress didn't stick around to see. Had to track her down. She took it back. Waited 10 minutes for them to bring it back, no difference other than slightly burnt on the outside. Told her to forget it at this point, rest of the party was almost done. No offers to adjust the bill.

Can't tell you how the food was we never got a chance to eat any...they completely mismanaged the wait system and ultimately after waiting 25 minutes we were told it would be another 20 minutes after sitting down at a table so we left . They need to train the staff that interacts with the customer as they did a horrible job !!

Always busy, so if you're hangry this is not for you, the wait for the table will most likely be longer than waiting for your food once you're seated. But if you're patient, the food is always terrific. The staff are super friendly and work cohesively.

We weren't even given ample time to look over the menu. After our food was served within minutes they were trying to rush us out of there. Our table was being cleared and we were still eating. Boxes were already put on the table and the bill was loaded on the kiosk. Very disappointed to the point where I won't return. Rather dine at home.

I'm giving this a two-star because the wait was over an hour. We were waiting in the winter time and there is hardly any seating for those who are waiting. They made a special waiting area in the front by the front door but it was not heated well. Every time the front door opened blast cold air took any heat you had out of that room. The main waiting area is by the hostess station which is right next to where the wait staff pick up their food from the cooks. A very poor architectural design. Texas Roadhouse should reconfigure they're waiting area. No matter where I stood I was in the way of someone. It was a miserable hour. I went there on a Friday evening in the middle of the winter thinking that they would not be any tourist and it would not be crowded. What a bad assumption. Whatever you do avoid the dinner hour between 5 and 7:00 p.m.
